Group of 7 of us ordered custard. Was given the wrong one and approached the counter. The manager proceeded to tell us it was what we order, we just needed dig to find the Carmel and PB. I handed it back and said no thanks. He said ok and turned away without saying a thing. Ver poor customer service. Whoever was making the custard didn't know how and he was too proud to admit it. How disappointing. Every other Culver's we've been to has been awesome. Won't be back!!!

Not much to say. It is a fast food place after all. First time at this location and the interior was clean, tables were wiped down. Cashier taking order was pleasant and the food arrived rather quickly. Also glad that they have switched over to Coke products.

Every time I visit lately my order is off. I'm tired of driving back, having to call, getting excuses and coupons for the trouble. It's truly not worth it. And their value baskets are $11 which is insane. If they had flawless service I could maybe deal with the high prices, but they don't. Paying $40 for fast food for 2 adults and a child is overkill. Lower your prices and bring some value back. Work on order accuracy. It's ridiculous.

Sue did an amazing job helping me with figuring out what low fodmap burger I could have. While not the most low fodmap friendly place, the current menu does offer some options. The ingredients are posted online in a pdf, but are a little cumbersome to use in a hurry, so check at home before you head over.Dietary restrictions: Check the ingredients online (pdf) and make note of your order ahead of time, because the pdf is hard to find and cumbersome to use.

Culver’s is consistently decent food. I love that they offer a gluten free bun and my kids love that they can get a custard with their meal. The staff is attentive when you go inside to order. I’ve had a few issues with ordering ahead or ordering from the drive-thru with orders being incorrect or items missing, but never when we go in to eat.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun

First time at Culver’s and the food was DELICIOUS! A real cheese burger and everyone there was so friendly! The owner, Dave gave us a free “sample” of the double strawberry ice cream! Will be returning!

I love everything about this Culvers. It's in a good location. Food is always hot and fresh. I've rated service lower because lately every time I visit there's a particular manager working who I feel is anything but professional. I've seen her be short/rude to customers, and condescending/rude to other employees.

Food quality and restaurant cleanliness are consistently great. We wait almost 20 minutes after the curb side "ready by" time when we order Sunday for lunch, though. Staff is always overloaded at that time of the day. Just do drive-thru if you order lunch on Sundays.

Took a school group here. The food came out very quickly. (we had 10 people total) and it was hot/fresh. Would definitely return to this Culver's location.

Stopped in for some pints of frozen custard. We normally buy them from the freezer and get the 4 pack. All 4 of the pints had an unusual amount of mix-ins. The Chocolate Pecan Caramel was all pecans and no custard. The Really Reeses was all reeses, no custard. They wwre gross. Threw them all away.
