Parking: They don't have a turtle Sunday. They have to use a Carmel Sunday and just add all the other toppings...which I think is stupid & really expensive. Who don't like a turtle Sunday? Is just think they'd have it on the menu? It was like 8 bucks for 1 turtle Sunday the other day?? What? Every place the price is different. Doesn't make any sense really

I wish i could give 0 stars. We went through the drive thru and got chicken and a burger meals and it was cold and taste like old food it was saugy fries and barely any fries less then a kids fry even tho it was suppose to be medium and the onion rings were cold. When asking for a refund they gave me half and refused to refund for the gross food we didn't even eat. Fully disappointed and will not be back again. Also the inside was dirty when I went in for refund and the people weren't even cleaning they were just sitting waiting for customers. Common start working people do ur job.

On dairy Queen‘s 80th birthday the blizzards were supposed to be $.85. when we ordered one, it was six dollars and they were denying that it was $.85 when it was supposed to be. they kept saying it was supposed to be on The app

Be careful in the drive through!!
My wife went and got a piece of mortar that came loose from around the window and cracked her windshield, due to water freezing behind the mortar and subsequently falling.
I even showed the shift manger where exactly the piece came from
She is left with a crack and the general maneger Chris said it’s not his fault and get over it.
This is unexplainable and if this how the owner runs his DQ’s then that is sad. This is not the first time because I saw many areas where the mortar was gone.
Call me crazy but I feel my car should not get damaged just getting chicken strip baskets for my daughters.
There was a hair in my blizzard.
Ordered 2 dipped cones. Received one half dipped. They were also the size of kiddie cones, basically one mound. What is wrong with these kids working there. Big rip off!!!
Usually I love this Dairy Queen, but today… I had a complete fry missing from my order, just an empty container, and… this was my sad chicken strip basket… holes in the bread and a couple of fries. Seriously disappointed after spending $40 on lunch for my family.

If I could rate lower for the service I would. These entitled rude kids need to learn a bit better about working & customer service. I really don’t know what is wrong with them in there..

Ordered the honey bbq chicken strip basket. Food was not very hot but took awhile to get to the window. 2 of the 4 tenders were covered in sauce as they should be. The other two had a dab on the corner. The toast was cold and soggy. Fries were extremely crispy and not very hot. But the service was excellent! Doubtful I will return to this location.

I had a cake ordered to pick up and unfortunately had to cancel until a later date. Angela the manager(I think that was her name) was very understanding and so sweet to tell us she would be thinking of us!

This Dairy Queen has brought me immense joy since moving here. I bought two cakes here back in 2021 after hearing about Diana’s cakes on the news in 2020! They were so detailed! I moved to away for 2 1/2 years and I always thought about these cakes whenever a birthday approached. We had many sad looking cakes at our local DQ in AZ so when I moved back this spring I couldn’t wait for the first birthday to place an order.
I’ve ordered 3 since June and each cake was even better than I anticipated. It seems so minor, but when you want a custom cake but also want an ice cream cake it’s hard to find this anywhere else. Diana is a gem to DQ!!
I ordered a cat/tea cup themed cake for my niece, a succulent cake for a friend, & last night we picked up a cake I ordered for my husband, I requested a Porsche 992 GT3 RS, and she delivered! It looked so spot on and you could even read the “GT3 RS” on the side of the car. My husband walked out and was smiling ear to ear. Thank you so so sooo much for sharing your amazing skills and making birthdays great!!
