Horrendous customer service at Westfield, IN store. They do not care. They do not want customers. I’ve tried to visit on multiple occasions and it’s awful.
Today’s latest debacle involved their refusing to take my order, with only one other person in the store, instead forcing customers to use the touch screen. I went over 2 weeks ago also called customer service to complain they told me I would hear back in 2 days from manager to this day haven’t heard one thing back. I want my money back I ordered a pumpkin chai it tasted like coffee that had been sitting around 2 weeks. I ordered one strawberry frosted donut and one chocolate she gave me one donut I told her I had two donuts she huffed and pushed another sack out to me I also had to remind her I had more food and another drink....read full review
world's best coffee and very far pricing.
the only thing is the wait is ridiculous especially for something that's already done like donuts and coffee.
