The donuts, as always, were excellent. I also ordered a large hot latte with vanilla and received a drip-brew coffee (very different than an espresso drink with steamed milk!). I had already driven away before I realized and it wasn't worth going back, but I am quite put-out that I paid for a more expensive drink and received a cheaper one. I don't see how this could have been a mistake as the process for creating an espresso drink versus pouring out a black coffee are very different. Disappointed in this experience - will only order donuts moving forward.

this place is ETERNAL... i got my Masters degree while waiting in line. Place is FILTHY, lazy mf workers that don't care. All had headphones in ear. Guy grabbed his nuts then grabbed soneones donuts bare hand. I left right then. go to the one on 146th st in westfield

The servers are hitting this the price is never consistent every Duncan I go to a half a dozen glazed donuts is a different cost at every store I wonder why that would be I get from county to county but I'm in the same county and I go to two different dunkins why is it a different price why is the price inconsistent from store to store for the same thing half a dozen glazed donuts every store is different I really don't like that

Employees looked and acted like they hated being there. The Boston Creme donut was tossed in the sack upside down. All the chocolate stuck to the sack. No paper around the donut. Did they use their bare hands. Overall very disappointed.

Dre, Angie, Shelby and Abraham greeted me with respect. When a sandwich was not posted that I liked the most, they made a sandwich close to my liking. The atmosphere is inviting and the workers are very kind. I would recommend anyone to receive their services. -
Long wait then when get to speaker worker was rude. The man at window wasn’t welcoming at all. After telling them 3x what I ordered they didn’t have it. Change order and then get home and only had 1 sandwich and doughnut. Paid 20$ for that! First time customer and probably the last. Should have read the reviews before I went.
