The location is under new ownership, and it took a turn for the worse. Every time I order - whether on the app or at the window - my order is wrong. On top of that, the staff is consistently rude & unfriendly, like basic courtesy is too much to ask. I've given this location more chances than necessary. Good luck to anyone else who tries their luck here - you'll need it.

The avocado toast with bacon was super crunchy and delectable. The avocado was nice and smooth and flavorful. Had the new brown sugar drink, it was delightful. And tried the everything stuffed bagel minis. It's really good. I just wish they were a little more stuffed.

They give you someone else’s order or leave out parts of your order nearly everytime you go there. I’ve never seen anything like it. Extremely disorganized and corporate needs to take care of it

I stopped in to use the restroom as I had been driving for about three and a half hours, and the restroom was very well kept. But before I even made it there, I was greeted genuinely by the young man trending the store. Friendly and cheerful, the last is not a requirement of any job, but so well received that I bought four times the donuts I otherwise would have. Friendly, clean, and just a surprising little pleasure.

A dozen glazed donuts from a donut shop should be the basis of everything to say about a place and I honestly wasn’t sure if these were from the day before or not. Shame on me for bypassing all of the delicious local spots around and going to a chain that obviously doesn’t care about quality - unfortunate to live right down the street and know,I will never be back here again

I got to this Dunkin about every other day and whether they are busy or not, my order is typically correct. Other locations burn the avocado toast, but this location does a great job. The manager is very sweet and I just love being able to come here and get a coffee fix and a sense of community.

The donuts, as always, were excellent. I also ordered a large hot latte with vanilla and received a drip-brew coffee (very different than an espresso drink with steamed milk!). I had already driven away before I realized and it wasn't worth going back, but I am quite put-out that I paid for a more expensive drink and received a cheaper one. I don't see how this could have been a mistake as the process for creating an espresso drink versus pouring out a black coffee are very different. Disappointed in this experience - will only order donuts moving forward.
