Out of a regular old jelly donut on Hanukkah! Unacceptable! They should know to make more for this is tradition on this holiday! Left and went across the street to Titus, who had plenty and more variety of jelly fillings too!

It was a cold Thursday morning, and the store was hopping. Skylar was multi tasking and taking care of many things. He was very polite, understanding and on his game, suggesting favorite drinks and donut flavors. The recommendations were spot on. I was wearing a Santa hat and just bringing overall cheer to waiting customers. It was an enjoyable time in this store. The entire staff was kind and courteous!!!

Tea

Came here today through drive thru at 7:18pm they close at 8pm. I asked for a six dollar meal deal. The person on on the intercom promptly said, the food is put up we only have donuts. Weird and unprofessional. Felt like laziness. I always order from a different location around the same time with no issues. A little professionalism goes a long way.

This was only my only second time visiting this location, but it will also be my last. Not only did they get my order incorrect twice but the lady was rude about it. Waste of time and money. šŸ‘ŽšŸ¾āœŒšŸ¾

Bought breakfast for my family and was trapped here for 45 minutes. I asked multiple times to multiple people for a status on our order and was reassured it was being made; only to find they had lost our ticket and had not made any of our food. I asked for a refund so I could continue on with my day and the manager refused and said I had to wait for my food.
Horrible service, horrible atmosphere, horrible management.

Horrendous customer service at Westfield, IN store. They do not care. They do not want customers. I’ve tried to visit on multiple occasions and it’s awful. Today’s latest debacle involved their refusing to take my order, with only one other person in the store, instead forcing customers to use the touch screen. Of course the touch screen donut options didn’t match what was available in the bins. You couldn’t possibly order what they had. I just walked out, again, and spent my $20 across the street…at a donut and deli that’s happy to see you.

When you order a large and the almost the whole cup is nothing but ice… when you take out almost all the ice….this is what’s left…. So essentially you’re paying for a small at the large price… this is worse than Starbucks… got me once… no thanks! And businesses can’t figure out why people don’t want to buy their products…

I ordered two of the same coffees- large frozen coffee, coffee syrup, Carmel, and French vanilla. One tasted good, and the other like burnt coffee. I went in to ask if I could just get a refund for the one that tasted absolutely horrible and had one sip gone from me trying it. The lady behind the counter was so rude, and yelled through the store ā€œthey want a refund? how the hell do they expect us to refund a coffeeā€ with children in the store. She said a couple other comments but I was so flabbergasted about how rude she was that it took me by surprise. Super loud, super ignorant, and super disappointing. Hopefully people steer clear so you don’t have to have my experience.

Every time i leave this Dunkin im disappointed. They are always confused on my orders and im constantly having to repeat myself. I’ve done schedule ahead pick ups- set to be ready at 7:50 so i can be at work by 8 since my job is only 3 mins away, and still always end up leaving by 8. The drive is expected to be long in the morning, but even when it is not- like today- they are frantic and running around confused. Last week, i told her my name was Keyara 4x and an employee tried to tell me she couldnt find my order. No, she just couldnt comprehend my name was staring at my name right in front of her. Im insterting of my ā€œloadedā€ hash browns. Idk where, one squirt of cheese is loaded but….
SN: I ate the three hashbrowns on top where there was cheese.

The location is under new ownership, and it took a turn for the worse. Every time I order - whether on the app or at the window - my order is wrong. On top of that, the staff is consistently rude & unfriendly, like basic courtesy is too much to ask. I've given this location more chances than necessary. Good luck to anyone else who tries their luck here - you'll need it.

The avocado toast with bacon was super crunchy and delectable. The avocado was nice and smooth and flavorful. Had the new brown sugar drink, it was delightful. And tried the everything stuffed bagel minis. It's really good. I just wish they were a little more stuffed.
