Sliders were really good. Cucumber salad was very good! Tuna rollups were kinda messy my husband said. I liked them. Overall I would order all again. Service was really good. No hovering or pestering. There when we needed her. Like she was psychic.

I can't remember the last time I showed up to a restaurant with a reservation and was seated immediately with a full house and a line at the door, but we were at the Grindstone on the Monon. Everything was very clean, and the wine glasses were Luigi Bormioli which was so much more enjoyable than the ones with a thick rounded rim. Food all came out quick and was all correct. Waiter was delightful and attentive without being overbearing. Noise was perfect in that I could hear the people at my table comfortably, but not everyone else around me. I wish I lived closer to this place, it would be a repeat for sure!

I had lunch with friends on the patio and Robbie was our server. It was a great place to sit, the food was very good, and Robbie was great! Two of our group had to leave unexpectedly, and he very happily helped them box up food and settle their check quickly. It was a lovely lunch.

I realized I haven't been to this restaurant in awhile, but decided to try it again. The service was terrific, the food was great. My server was Natalie and she was friendly and stayed on top of things. I saw that they expanded the patio area and I want to come back and sit outside next time.

Sat in the bar area. Service was slow but food came out quick after i ordered. Highly recommend the tenderloin sandwich. The green beans were overly garlicky and the cucumbers were under seasoned.

Would be nice if there could be a few buffers between tables to help calm the noise down a bit. When the place is hopping, it can be difficult to hear a conversation. Other than that, CHEF KNOWS HOW TO COOK SALMON! I had the Asian glazed salmon, subbed out the cous cous (too many times it's bland and dry, haven't ever tried it here) for the mashed potatoes and the carrots for the green beans. Everything came out hot and the salmon was perfectly cooked. Husband had the meatloaf. As usual, was good. He said the green beans were exceptionally good. Service was fairly quick, but felt a bit ignored through the meal. Wasn't offered dessert (we didn't want any, anyway, but...), in and out in about 1 hr.
