A decade ago Hot Box pizza was delicious but each time we've gotten it recently it's been underwhelming. My kids don't even like it. Breadsticks are still delicious though!
Ordered pizza to go. Usually trouble free and we like the taste. Today they said it would be 20 minutes and told me my total. We were running a bit behind due to road closures and rain. When we got there they said it wasn't ready yet. I was a bit surprised. I waited they started looking around a bit and didn't see the order. Someone from the kitchen comes and asks if I need help. He goes back and says they don't have the order and it either got missed or was made...
Best pizza I’ve had! Always fast and fresh!!!! The staff there was extremely kind and helpful. The new owners are really turning this place around!!!! Would give 10,000 stars if I could! Will be back!!!
