I Heart Mac & Cheese

(update, 10 minutes after leaving there I got extremely sick) Really excited to try this place, only to come in and be told they were out of their cheese sauce for the Mac n cheese. I feel like you need to close up shop if your missing the main ingredient in your product. I tried the Chicken Parm and it was not good at all. I will give this place another shot, so hopefully it's better next time.

Family Enjoys Eating Here! However it Seems like Everytime we Go there's Only 1 Employee Working All by themselves! Not Cool! This is an EXTREMELY POOR Decision on Management. 1 Person can Only Work So Fast! But it's NOT Safe to Say the Least! Do Better! I'll be calling Corporate!

Cute concept for Mac and cheese lovers! The mango habanero sauce has a nice kick to it for you spice lovers. Tater tot base is delicious too. Upbeat vibe, clean and friendly staff. They have Vegan options too. The portion was generous.

Kid-friendliness: Very spacious. Great for kids!

I ONLY come into this establishment for what was once a great cup of cookies! When they first opened, the cups of cookies would be lined up on display! NOW?!…Each of the ten times or so that I’ve been in(sometimes just for a giggle to see what the lame response will be), they tell me that they have sold out! SOLD OUT?!….and on top of that, it’s usually only about after an hour of them opening! They’re constantly closed/or open late because of “oven problems”. They have wayyyyy more than that! I’ve ALWAYS been a macncheese lover but whatever it is that they serve in there should NOT be considered…Sad that this place had potential before they “ReOpened”, but now it’s going down the drain…Let’s count the days

Stopped by on my lunch break last week. Only one guy working at the time. My mom and i both got the chicken parm. It was okay, but not worth $15 each. The one guy working there got out order wrong, and gave it to the wrong customer. They were also out of some of the ingredients. I bet the grilled cheese wouldve been a better choice. Not impressed. Really think they would benefit from more staff, but in this economy good luck!Probably won't survive very long

$50 for an annoying mechanic drone, two workers who seemed actively annoyed that I was there, my preferred drink was out, my food was room temperature, I was interrupted when I tried to say my order, the bread behind the counter looked moldy, my order was wrong, and it was served hastily slopped down the side of an oversized takeout box.I want my money back.I love the concept, and the menu is great, but every aspect of implementation is being botched.

Dietary restrictions: There's gluten free pasta, but it was served under done and room temperature.

Update! Two times in a row the quinoa and tater tots were now available. Service is very slow. No reason either. Young man doesn’t know how to do something. Gal working in back is training him too while prepping in the back. Always training new employees here. Food incorrect portion as I am not new here and know it was small tonite. 6 small pieces crispy chicken 5 kernels corn, 2 pieces mushrooms, saw no red onions, 2 lil tomato pieces, the cheese was forgotten. This was maybe 6 oz total. Hungry still…Wish I checked it before driving home. Took him so long to get the gal’s help I had to sit down. Guess you need to watch these kids!Second time in a row, this place is out of both quinoa and tater tots at the same time and those are the only gluten-free options that I will eat. Thank God I wasn’t paying much for it anyway as I won free mac & cheese for a year after the re-opening & new management, but surely not management that’s on the ball for allowing this to be the way it’s run and then again, I’m not able to use it for nearly 3 weeks now if they’re not gonna be stocked well, and I saw others commenting on the same thing about this location. What a prize! And the time before that my order was done wrong and I got all the way home before I caught it so training seems to be a big issue here & not running out of food!

This was...not a good experience. The servers were not polite or professional and there was a mistake in our order; the ambiance was poor with no music, only a loud vent or a/c to set the mood; the portions were too small and too skimpy on the add ins for the price we paid, and it didn't even satisfy my craving for the cheesiness of mac and cheese.I was so happy to see that this place had reopened and now I'm just really disappointed.

Food is really good but they were out of tater tots and the tomato soup. 7/10

Great place to eat in Westfield. Staff, food, restaurant, and even pricing for what you get are great. Everything looks good and smells really good. I had the "Best of Both Worlds" sandwich and it was amazing. I will definitely be coming here more.

The short rib grilled cheese was delicious. They have Coke products and a large amount of customization options to suit a lot of different tastes. The only downside is the price for a fast casual restaurant, it is a little on the more expensive side.

Parking: There is plenty of parking out front, however it's shared with other businesses in the strip mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few wheelchair parking spots.

Very tasty vegan classic Mac & cheese! I’m happy to have a non dairy choice so I can eat with my cheese loving family! Manager was very kind as well. Happy they’ve reopened.

First time coming here! We got the Classic Mac n' Cheese so I could share it with my two year old daughter and it was delicious! Mommy and kid approved (: The staff was also very sweet and I always appreciate such big smiles! Will definitely be back!

I love this place to death, it is absurdly good, and the service is freakishly fast, in a format very similar to subway, and I can get a nice meal for about $10 (consisting of Mac n cheese, and a drink) my only complaint is that it died. I have been painfully reminded that I can't get my delectable Mac n cheese for close to half a year now. I'm not driving to Indianapolis for what is a few minutes away! Also ignore the reviews out there saying this restaurant is not ever open, they were posted after the chain died, hopefully it opens soon.

I’m a big fan of macaroni and cheese so anytime I come across this restaurant I’m definitely going to stop. I ordered A Baked Mac & Cheese Sandwich with Slow-Cooked Short Rib.. White Cheddar Cheese.. and Yellow Cheddar Cheese finished off with BBQ Sauce. Great place for lunch.. dinner or a snack.
