Stopped in today to get donuts for our family after having to put our beloved pet to sleep. The lady working the counter was very friendly and helpful, and the donuts were great. Thank you !
When you commit to a donut trail and receive marketing through that experience, you need to follow through on *all* of the days of that experience. To close early for no reason on the last day of the trail (even though you still had plenty of donuts left) is so disappointing and unprofessional. Jacks has lost our business for good.
I went here to pick up 30 dozen donut holes for my graduation party. After paying, the box felt very light, so I checked and noticed the box did not have anywhere close to 360 donuts. After returning into the store and asking if there was another box, the guy running the counter became angry and told me that there were 30 dozen in the box, and refused to give me what I paid for. He then continued to be rude and combative to me, claiming I had smashed the donuts down to make it look like I didn’t get enough. I did not receive the rest of the donuts until I took a glove and counted out the donuts in the box, where I counted 112 with only a few left, at which point the man threw a bunch of donut holes into another box and told me to take them and get out of the store and not to come back very rudely. I would highly recommend going to another location or another donut shop. I attached a photo of the first box that supposedly had 360 donut holes. This whole situation resulted in me almost being late to my own graduation party.

The donuts were good. The guy working the counter needs a class in customer service. He was unfriendly to every customer he served, and we witnessed probably 5-10 interactions while we ate. He argued with a young man who stated he ordered 30 dozen donuts and there was no way there were that many in the box. He could have counted them or admitted his mistake, but instead just told him he was wrong. I felt bad for the young guy.

Good spot for local donuts. I like supporting local businesses and this is a good one.

The woman behind the counter is extremely rude and unprofessional - each and every day - very unpleasant - I’m assuming that this business simply can’t get anyone to work for them - Why else would she be there?

They were out of donuts and ready to close. Still allowed us to get a few donuts just out of oven.

Horrible customer service, high prices, and mediocre donuts. Save yourself from a bad experience and go elsewhere to avoid the Westfield location on Carey Road. These stores have really gone downhill under apparently disengaged 3rd generation ownership and absentee management. Used to stop in every few weeks for a “Jack’s Dozen” which has now shrunk from 13 to 12 donuts and apparently increased in price 50% to $24 now. Also asked if they were running any specials for “Small Business Saturday” so the community could support local businesses (over big corporate chains) and was told “they don’t do or care about anything like that.” Avoid this place and take your business further west on Carey to Whitehouse, Dunkin, or Titus…

I was charged $11 for 6 donuts. 😂 What was worst was that the service didn’t seem like I was wanted there.

It was very nice inside and donuts are fair priced. The kind lady gave me an ice water for free.

I don’t usually leave reviews of places but this morning I experienced horrible service at their Carey road location. The girl at the counter seemed very annoyed about us simply ordering and was very assertive. As if she didn’t want us there. My family and I walked out wondering how someone could be so mean. Go to a different location.
Consistently good donut shop. Don’t holes slap and apple fritter is top tier. Hot coffee is also good, but I’m not a fan of the specialty coffee drinks. Take out only, no tables.
