Absolute trash service. Order through door dash hoping to avoid their delivery service. Not the case they still use their drivers. It’s been an hour and 20 minutes since I order with an estimate of 20 minutes and still no food. Only way to get help is to call the store and they claim he was sent out with 9 orders?!?!? Never again

Always have a good experience here. I often place a small catering order (12 sandwiches) and it is always ready by the time I get there (usually ~15 minutes). Order is always correct and good!

Lack of management, employees mess around and scream while customers are in the building, text on their phones while “serving” customers. Dirt and food on tables. If I was the owner I’d be ashamed of the employees working here what a joke. Order was wrong as well.

You’ve been warned, do not order delivery from this store. It took over an 1hr 45mins to receive our order from the time we ordered. We received our order confirmation at 12:25 an out for delivery at 12:42 and we received our food at 2:05. Talk with Jacob at the store and his excuse was, we have one driver and he took multiple, multiple deliveries. He had this issue before and just ignored it but it happening again, we won’t be back. We will go elsewhere. So much for Freaky Fast!

Here's the deal with this store. If you decide you'd like to pay over $50+ bucks for them to consistently get the order wrong, this is the Jimmy Johns for you. They got the order wrong again tonight. My last order the manager said he was issuing a refund and they never came. This store is a complete ripoff and they apparently don't give a shit. There's no wonder why the ratings for this store continue to decline. I mean really, $50+ bucks for two subs? Going back to Subway. Screw this place!

There was nothing freaky fast about this location. Very slow and waiting in the drive thru about 15 minutes before we decided to just leave.

Jimmy would not be pleased with this establishment. Every table is filthy. Over-flowing trash cans and a dirty floors inside the kitchen and in dining area. Will not be returning.

So, here's the deal. I ordered a Large Gargantuan without Mayo today and asked for it to be cut in half. I recieved it without being cut in half. There were other customers that didn't recieve their orders correct also. This is totally unacceptable and there has to be some accountability.

Food is good, the same as any location. However, I have ordered delivery multiple times and never received my food in less than 40 minutes. The last 2 times were over an hour for delivery time. The farthest opposite of Freaky Fast.

Have been to this one give or take a half dozen times in the past year and except for one of those times my orders have never been correct. Most of the time it's my sandwich being completely messed up but other times they forget to give you everything you've ordered. I'd recommend taking a drive to Jersey Mike's in Carmel.
