Super great experience here today. We came in at an odd time (2:30 pm). I was afraid we would get cold chicken that had been sitting since lunch. The staff was so friendly and made all of our food fresh and even commented that it would be just a few minutes so they could give us fresh chicken instead of the leftover lunch food. Everything was super hot and fresh and the restaurant was very clean. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location for this kind of service! Thank you!

Worst “Fast” Food Experience Ever This has to be one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered ONE Chicken Little at the drive-thru — just one — and somehow it took 30 minutes. I’m not sure what kind of operation they’re running here, but “fast food” clearly isn’t part of it. After waiting 20 minutes outside, I went inside to check. Guess what? They hadn’t even started making my sandwich yet. Unreal. I waited another 10 minutes, and when I finally got it, they forgot my fries and drink. There were only three employees, and not a single one seemed to know what they were doing. Everyone looked confused, moving around with zero coordination. It was like watching a slow-motion disaster behind the counter.
If you’re hungry and think this place will be quick — good luck, you’ll need it.

Service was slow inside.. there were multiple flies pestering everyone. The chicken was overcooked and we got original recipe biscuit was almost too hard to eat so much of that went to waste I had a Dr pepper from the soda fountain it was not very good. It was late in the evening and the sun was baking in the windows making it impossible to see the kiosk to order our food and while we dined at the table the sun was blinding anyone that was facing the West like they had no sunscreen or blinds... Oh and I forgot the music was turned up a little too loud making it difficult to have a conversation or hear your name called..

Terrible service. They take way too long with the orders, up to an hour and ten minutes for each one. Customers get angry and complain about their orders, and with good reason. It’s the same thing every single day.

Picture this: Dec 31st, 9:58 pm. We were hungryyy… other 2 restaurants already kindly rejected us service ( understandably so). But here it is, KFC, not our first choice for different reasons. Went there with low expectations and OMG, the sweetest and most helpful voice came out of the drive-thru speaker. They went above and beyond and the food was FRESH and delicious. They were literally life savers. I’m really sorry I didn’t catch the name of the lady that served us but the owner can figure that out. She was amazing. We loved it! Thank you!!!
