Best place to shop
Cool and clean store
The store is fine. The majority of employees are very nice and helpful (thank you Ina). There are a couple employees at self check out that are very rude. The big woman at self service check out talks loudly about other employees and customers as they are walking away so others can hear. She likes to demean and embarrass customers vs. helping them. When discussed with one of the managers, he acted like he could not care less. When I called corporate to file a complaint I was told I would be called back to discuss what I had reported. No call back. Frustrating to shop somewhere when you dread checking out because of the person overseeing self service checkout.
Overall good experience except for their bakery - their cakes are heavily topped with icing that is so rich in seed oils.
Very shady pharmacy. They consistently change my prescription to different than the doctor has written. Then they said my insurance wouldn’t approve even though both my insurance and doctor have provided authorization. I think they are anti-women having birth control. Very disgusting the way they speak to customers and it should be illegal to change a prescription or enter it incorrectly.
Terrible terrible Kroger. Employees are so rude at checkout. Tammy is one of the mgrs and needs some coaching. The other checkout woman I believe is Myra and she argues with customers at check out. She snapped at me for entering my phone number in before the previous customer left the register tho the customer had already paid. They do not appreciate customers and prices are always being rung up incorrectly and then they actually argue with the customers. Amy is a nice employee at check out and I try to go to her line when she’s working . The older woman at check out is rude . Ina is nice at the self check out.
Tammy and Myra need coaching and to be told to stop arguing with customers!
I get tired of getting glared at when I am in the store! Management and most employees are really rude! Like you’re committing a capital offense in small talk with employees. The whole store needs customer service training. I would know as my job is in customer service. Being friendly is not a crime. They should check it! Produce is lacking quality also. Just a week ago came home and within 2 days had to throw out produce cause it went bad!
Hate this store with a passion and walk out most of the time. Wrong prices and pain to get it corrected. Diesel prices 3.89 while everyone else is 3.59. Just a crap store.
Great Kroger! Staff is polite and welcoming. Clean and spacious store. Great selection. Fresh meat counter team is awesome!

I usually shop at Kroger on Springmill Road. I have to use the electric carts because I can't walk very far. This morning I arrived around 10:15, none of the carts where charged, there about 6 of them. Why is this happening?? The carts are stored inside/outside with pull down garage type door so that they can be pulled down depending on the weather. This past winter, freezing cold and the doors where open of course the seat is freezing cold. This past spring I didn't inspect the cart and so I sat in a puddle of water! This area has random carts a grill and trash. CLEAN THIS AREA UP. I'm very disgusted with Kroger!!
It's Kroger!...💯
Was profiled at the register because I just got off site and am mexican was rudely yelled at when I went to get in another line because the register did not accept my payment method she told me to put my items in her cart and then I left out of shock was EXTREMELY unprofessional and a shame that I nor any of my colleagues will be coming back the entire checkout crew is disgusting to anyone not white or that dosnt look like they have money cold hard truth sorry
The woman at customer service with glasses was rude an didn't know how to do her job I went to the carmel store off rangeline. They clearly know how to do their jobs
Very clean and well organized. The manager Joe seems to always be there, and is kind and helpful.
