I usually shop at Kroger on Springmill Road. I have to use the electric carts because I can't walk very far. This morning I arrived around 10:15, none of the carts where charged, there about 6 of them. Why is this happening?? The carts are stored inside/outside with pull down garage type door so that they can be pulled down depending on the weather. This past winter, freezing cold and the doors where open of course the seat is freezing cold. This past spring I didn't inspect the cart and so I sat in a puddle of water! This area has random carts a grill and trash. CLEAN THIS AREA UP. I'm very disgusted with Kroger!!
It's Kroger!...💯
Was profiled at the register because I just got off site and am mexican was rudely yelled at when I went to get in another line because the register did not accept my payment method she told me to put my items in her cart and then I left out of shock was EXTREMELY unprofessional and a shame that I nor any of my colleagues will be coming back the entire checkout crew is disgusting to anyone not white or that dosnt look like they have money cold hard truth sorry
The woman at customer service with glasses was rude an didn't know how to do her job I went to the carmel store off rangeline. They clearly know how to do their jobs
Very clean and well organized. The manager Joe seems to always be there, and is kind and helpful.
The location is great, and I appreciate the convenience of shopping here. However, every time I visit, there is a strong unpleasant smell, especially near the meat section. It makes the shopping experience uncomfortable. I hope management can look into this issue and improve the ventilation or cleanliness in that area. Other than that, the store has a good selection and is well-organized
The store itself is okay, but the employees are disgustingly rude. Whether it be the cashiers, the customer service workers, the cart attendants, or the self checkout helpers- they are all hands down the most rude and unhappy lot I’ve ever witnessed at a grocery store. Today when at self checkout, the worker literally sighed in annoyance and grunted while I asked to help me pick the right garlic price on the screen. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT. I am so sick of the workers acting like the customers are bothering them: we literally pay your salary by shopping there. Management needs to teach all of them how to engage in proper customer service and hospitality.
Good selection despite shortages and the staff on the floor is often helpful or friendly. However the cashier staff are often very short and rude. I will come here if I need a few items but have changed my location for overall shopping.
I was so upset today. My groceries were bagged so ridiculously. I had brought in 3 reusable bags. One of the bags was packed so heavy I could barely lift it into my car. In that bag it had a bag of cubed ham, bag of long grain rice, bag of brown sugar, lb of bacon, lunch meat, butter, 2 pkg of cheese, 2 bags of instant mashed potatoes, cake mix, 6 cans of vegetable’s and 2 large jars of spagetti sauce. The other bag had a loaf of bread , large container of cottage cheese, and a bottle of creamer. The other bag wasn’t used. I would like to know if they ever trainer the baggers how to bag.
Good store. But it is always busy and sometimes difficult to get a parking spot

I love shopping at Westfield Kroger, I find myself shopping here more often than other grocery chains because of the personalized service. I always go to self check, and I can count on there being a familiar face. My favorite cashier is Parool. I see how personable she is with everyone. I see her taking time to talk to the moms and make the kids feel noticed. She’s so helpful, and I see her as the beacon of friendliness and light. I don’t often see others taking so much pride in making the customers feel welcome in today’s world. If she’s not there, I always go and get in line on the other side so I can say hi to Ina, she recognizes a lot of customers and interacts with them with her amazing warm smile. Kroger thank you for employing, warm genuine souls.
Used to like this store but the quality of products have gone downhill fast. Expired items on the shelves etc.
I come in for lunch here, I live in central Indianapolis and am up here currently for work
Unbeknownst to me they make fresh food
The price is cheaper than any other restaurant in the area and it’s great food and it’s fresh and made right in front of you
The women who make everything have great customer service and get every order out quick
I don’t personally shop for groceries here but if you want lunch for cheap and want it good come here
Best Kroger in Indy suburbs.
This is so sus! The employees kept calling be "Anti-Skibidi" whatever that means, and told me to go back to Ohio!
