Tried the new Peach Basil Marg with Tajin versus my regular Black Marg, and it was tasty! Also had the newish Ribeye Tacos. Also delicious.
This is by far our favorite restaurant. Service is impeccable, pitchers of Margaritas are on point and the food is wonderful.
Los Agaves is a good Mexican restaurant. The food and service is always consistent. My only complaint is the huge high top bar eating area vs the rather limited booth seating. I have been here 6 times and have never been able to get a table where my feet aren't dangling and our table too crowded for anything more than 2 people. The other item is the noise level. They have one acoustic ceiling treatment hanging in the bar area, but the rest of the restaurant is an echo chamber. Add in a lot of kids from Grand Park and it's akin to an elementary school lunch room. Not great for romantic dinner.
Great food. Wonderful, friendly, professional service from Mariany. We will definitely be back.
Mariany was our waitress..and she was phenomenal! The food was delish and soo filling! We're from out of town and will definitely be back!
We were dining to celebrate my son's birthday. Our server was very slow at refilling our drinks and just coming by the table in general. I had put on the reservation that we were celebrating a bday. Told her when we sat down and had to remind her after she came by the first time with our check. When it was time to pay for the meal she told my husband a number and expected him to just tap his credit card without even getting a bill. We did all enjoy our meals. The service just could have been a lot better.
Dined in here for lunch, ordered a queso appetizer, and 5 a la carte tacos (3 for husband, 2 for me) for small portions as we didn't want a giant meal for lunch, and the restaurant was not busy during our visit. Our waitress, Andrea, never brought napkins, refills on drinks, refill on chips for our queso, only asked if everything was okay when our tacos were nearly gone so we had to ask for a to go container to take queso left over with us since she never checked if we needed more chips while waiting for our tacos or while eating our tacos, then after she brought a take home container, she disappeared for 20 mins before giving us our bill which she just randomly said an amount we owed and gave us no detailed invoice for the food we ordered so we paid $43 for 5 tiny al a carte tacos with no sides and queso that we didn't even get to enjoy while eating in because she never gave us more chips. I am tired of spending hard earned money on terrible service, zero comminication, bad experiences and the bare minimum efforts from these sort of establishments and staff. I will never go back here again.
The baja grilled shrimp tacos were delicious! And I love they had both Dos Equis Amber and Negra Modelo on tap. The atmosphere in the bar was good with excellent service throughout the meal. This is one of our go to restaurants, as we love the upscale but reasonably priced Mexican food.
The food, service, and atmosphere at Los Agaves could not have been any better!
Service was excellent. Jesus recommendations were spot on and everyone enjoyed their drinks and dinner. Would go back just for the fresh juice margaritas!

The ribeye tacos were amazing!
This place is such a vibe! Great food and atmosphere. Located on 32!
Little pricey, but soooo good. Will def return!
Great food and service!!!
Great food! Very busy and very loud.
I ordered Arroz Con Pollo for carryout. The quality was fine, but I was very disappointed with the amount of chicken and rice I received. Over half my plate was taken up by toppings (lettuce, tomato & sour cream). I order the same dish at La Hacienda and I get a full plate of chicken and rice. It's also $2.70 cheaper. Live and learn I guess.
