We will NEVER order pizza from Westfield,IN Marcos Pizza EVER AGAIN. Last October we received a large order approx 1.5 hours later than promised, but it came and we decided not to let it ruin the evening with friends and family. Yesterday we were celebrating a 9 y/o birthday party and ordered 8 pizzas online at 1 pm. Got a confirmation in email- Delivery time for 7:35 pm. Had an order for 3 pizzas for a graduation party. Ordered 3 hours ahead using the app for a pick up time of 510p. Arrived at 505p. The man said it wasn't ready but they'd get on it. 35 mins later I approached the same person. He said it wasn't ready yet, but they were really busy, then he had another staff member try to smooth it out with me. She promised a refund. I hadn't paid in advance so I just said forget it. Thought I would look at the order before leaving. Glad i did, wrong pizza and wrong Pizzoli.

Also was to be ready at 640. Not ready till 715, then had to wait for the order to be remade!
