Marco's Pizza

If I could give less than one star I would! Ordered two steak sandwiches from this Marcos and what a joke. Nasty burnt meat with no sauce at all and barely any cheese! For 13 bucks a sandwich I’d expect it to be at least edible. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Marcos! Not to mention I placed this order via Instacart/Uber eats and it came completely ice cold and OPEN! Just an all around terrible experience!!!

Didn't hear the delivery guy knock on my door at my apt. Just happened to look outside and see them sitting on the car. I go to my door only for them to drive off and say that my order was delivered but no food. Ok so I think that maybe it was at the wrong apt door. So I decided to call and ask about it. The guy that answered was very rude and said he driver waiting over ten minutes on me constantly knocking on my door, when they didn't. Then proceeded to say I can't have my driver's waiting all night on you and he has other orders to deliver so yours you will have to wait!

We went to Marcos for the last time last night. They’ve removed their soda fountain, so I was going to order-is that a 2 liter bottle? when I was told they don’t have cups. Okay, so no drinks with dinner. When the pizza arrived, it wasn’t what I ordered. Rather than apologize, or offer to make it right, I was told, “that’s what the order said.” This was not the first time our order has been wrong, or we were met with indifference (one time, they just didn’t make our order), but it will be the last. We’re done.

Chris Cunningham is the rudest person ever created. I waited 15 extra minutes for an online order. He yelled at myself and an another gentleman stating he didn’t need us staring at him as he wasn’t going to go any faster. Why place the order online and it is supposed to be ready at 1239 and food still is not ready. This person needs to learn basic manners and customer service. Will never return to this location.

We've seen a decline in the pizza in the past 6 months.
The last two times the pizza was particularly disappointing. Ordered extra cheese both times and there were several pieces with NO cheese. Pointed it out to the mgr who told me he could remake it, but it would just come out the same way. Claimed the problem was the crust.
Lazy answer.

40 minutes waiting to pick up my daughter birthday on line order, they said: your order went to wrong customer and we have to remake the order .

Not many people take the time to send a good review, instead they take the time to say something negative.
Thursday night was great customer service! My husband ordered online and I picked up from a long day at work…before I walked in an employee opened the door for me. When I took my order the employee behind the counter rushed to open up the door. I even asked about the mints they used to have on the counter, unfortunately they do not carry them anymore but I appreciated him checking with someone else. I’ve been going to Marcos since they opened and this was exceptional service!! Great job employees…wish I knew their names!!!
Plus the pizza was really good!!

This was my first time going here and my last. The reason i gave 2 stars is because of the guys attitude behind the counter. I hate it when workers roll their eyes at you when you ask for a fork or a to go box. The server was cool tho. The pizza was ok, not particularly special. The kind of meh food you'd expect from somewhere corporate.

Horribly run...order given away to other customers on several occurrences. Do not even try on a Friday or Saturday evening.

We will NEVER order pizza from Westfield,IN Marcos Pizza EVER AGAIN. Last October we received a large order approx 1.5 hours later than promised, but it came and we decided not to let it ruin the evening with friends and family. Yesterday we were celebrating a 9 y/o birthday party and ordered 8 pizzas online at 1 pm. Got a confirmation in email- Delivery time for 7:35 pm. After multiple calls being lied to that the pizza was “in the oven” and then “on its way in 20 min” and then multiple phone calls not being answered, we had to drive to your location to cancel the order. 8 pizzas arrived at 10:30pm long after the party was over and guests left without dinner. Thank you for ruining dinner and having the worst management, but “hey, that’s just Marcos.” (As the delivery man explained)

Got the $20 large Pepperoni pizza and ranch sauce with cheese sticks and the cinnamon squares and it was the absolute bomb. So delicious no place can you find a deal so good to get such a delicious meal with large portions that was absolutely delicious

This location used to deliver quickly. It's absolutely HORRIBLE lately, over 2 hour wait times, and getting cold disgusting pizza. They accept orders online for delivery but send their drivers home early , so they end up calling Doordash to deliver their pizza 2 hours late. Makes no sense.
Their website and app for tracking orders doesn't work and is misleading. Used to be a fan, now I hate this place.

It is very nice, too spacious, many tables to share with the family, in the summer the outside is very pretty, there are drinks from bottles and from an ice machine. I think it is excellent. The service is very good. I am leaving very satisfied. It was my first Once visiting this Marcos pizza ?I hope they continue to improve and don't decline like others, thank you!!!
