Met the new GM today, very friendly lady & also pretty funny. Had an issue with the app not showing my order & when I went in to ask about it she checked & said well I just put it in the oven. She also mentioned they were updating the app so that’s probably why I was having trouble tracking my order. I hope she sticks around, if so this will be my go to pizza stop.

It was like the entire atmosphere changed since the last time I got takeout. The food was prepared excellently, and the entire team seemed engaged and happy to be there. The manager, in particular, was incredibly friendly, praising her staff for the great quality of the food and making everyone feel welcome. Excellent job, Marco's Pizza! Keep up the great work!
