My family and I decided to order a large mcdonald’s order after a concert. We used the mcdonald’s app and it even told us drive through was open 24 hours. The app even specifically said, dining room was closed, too. I paid for the meal, around 47$, and as we arrived the drive through was in fact not open 24 hours. (we arrived at 11:23pm…). The lack of information is quite frustrating. There is no point to advertise 24 hour drive through service when it’s more like 14 hour...read full review
