I ordered on door dash, but apparently they are closed and some doordssh guy who was high as kite was trying to explain to me the situation, I got it, but he could articulate next steps so I hung up. I called, no answer, just another incompetent McDonald's Franchise owner who can't manage anything.

I wish I can give negative -10 these people so bad ! First they messed up our order ! Made mistake we didn’t check order at location when we get home our was messed up some food was missing and wrong food also !we went back talk to manager he was really bad! Didn’t apologize told us they are busy he can’t do anything with our order! And said you can get your money back first and reorder if you feel like! Who says that ? Never coming back

Placed an online order 12/22. When we pulled up they said they didn’t have my order when my code clearly stated Tournament Trail. After a few minutes of trying to figure it out I asked if I could just place an order because they didn’t care that I was already charged. When I pulled up to pay the cashier could care less at looking at my code to verify they heard the right thing. I paid again. The person on the intercom said the “charge would fall off”. So I believed them. When I pulled to the 2nd window as they handed me our food, they dropped it on the ground before I could even get a good grab on it and the person at the window casually said “oops”. “I guess I have to make you new food”. Ugh. Ridiculous service. To top it off, I in fact was charged.

The service was nice and friendly. The food was fresh. The only downside was both the kids chicken nugget happy meals did not have any sauces that they asked for. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars on everything.

Manager did not honor online offer, even after being shown. Said he would not fix it himself and just order a regular coffee. Poor customer service! If you wanna use the app DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! They do not honor it!!
