Waiting 20 minutes for an order that hasn't even started yet...never going back

The delivery older gentleman with the Eastern European accent has a terrible attitude. Nearly ran us over with his Papa John’s delivery car. Also, he had the audacity to curse at us in his own language. The manager took his side. Will never come here again. Lost a loyal customer.

18+ minutes placed in call for hold is absolutely insane to me, do not order from here, if they dont care for phone calls they wont care for your food's safety

There is apparently a problem with delivery… It looks like it was dropped on the ground. Instead of putting it on here, I tried to contact Papa John’s twice to make sure they knew, but they would not contact me back won’t be ordering from here again.

Pizza was good, but whomever cut the slices didn’t do so great. If I have to use kitchen scissors to cut it, I may as well have bought an Aldi flatbread instead. :(

This place is terrible. Delivery is through Door Dash, it shows up late and so cold it’s not edible. Save yourself the hassle and never order from here.

This was the 2nd time I ordered extra dipping sauce (cheese) and didn’t get it. I ordered garlic knots and got bread no garlic, butter or anything.

I was not happy to see so much crust that wasn’t covered with toppings. I did place my order 1 1/2 hours before I wanted to pick it up, but I didn’t expect them to cook it right away.
I’m afraid this was one pizza I was not impressed with.

Do not order during the day. We waited an hour then called to see where our order was. The automated system said our order was delayed. We just called and talked to the actual restaurant and that’s when they let us know that they don’t have delivery drivers during the day and since we were going to give a cash tip the door dash driver wouldn’t take our order because it stated no tip. Communication would have been nice. We would have picked up the pizza. DO NOT ORDER DURING THE DAY. The person at the restaurant was rude and actually hung up the phone on my husband. Rude!

Over 3 hours for delivery after online said 35-45 minutes. Don't take my money if you can't deliver the pizza. And there is no way to contact the company to complain. This place has gone downhill.

Beware, they will straight up lie when they take orders, says it will take 15 minutes. And I just wasted 45 minutes sitting at the shop.
