Papa Johns Pizza

2/3 of our ordered pizzas were wrong. One missing toppings and the other having toppings not ordered.

My husband just picked up pizza for us, and when he got back in the car, he was overjoyed to report that the man at the counter checked all of the pizzas before handing them to my husband, and he noticed that one of the pepperoni pizzas didn’t have enough pepperonis. He said it “wasn’t up to standard” And gave us our money back for the pizza. Super kind! We can’t wait to enjoy these pizzas, thanks Papa John’s!

My server/manager lyniea was so polite and professional. She was there alone and was working hard. My pizzas were beautiful, toppings were fresh, and my order was fast! Will definitely come back again on her shift!

We moved to the Northwest side of Noblesville a little over two years ago. When we ordered from this Papa Johns, we were so relieved because their service was fantastic, much better than Papa Johns on Mercantile Blvd! However, the last two times we ordered from this Papa Johns, the pizza arrived cold! If I knew they only deliver via DoorDash, I would have never ordered from them. If I want DoorDash, I will order through DoorDash! Pizza finally showed up and it wasn’t our order. I called the store and the said there was confusion and they have our pizza there. They asked if they wanted me to have them send another driver and I mentioned the pizza would be cold. The employee stated they’ve been sitting under a heater and they’ll be fine…right, heard that before. I drove the wrong order back to the store and Waited while they remade our order. So, I paid the delivery fee and tipped the delivery driver and still had to drive to the store and pick up our pizza. No refund, no coupon, no nothing! Get some drivers! Unless I feel like going and picking up our pizza, I will never order from this Papa Johns again…We use to order at least 4 pizzas once a month. Time to go somewhere more consistent.

This location is understaffed constantly which results in poor service, resulting in delayed orders both carry out and delivery. Tonight the food was delivered 45 minutes late and food arrived room temperature.

Do NOT order from this store! I ordered 4 pizzas online yesterday and they never showed up! Called an hour after ordering and they said they needed to remake the order. After another hour no one would even answer the phone. What a joke! This store needs to fire everyone and start over!!!

Friendly fast and delicious

Read the bad reviews, decided to give it a shot anyways. I should’ve trusted the reviews. Ordered a large pizza, opened it up when I got home to find it had a big hole in it not to mention the pizza stuck to the box. The toppings look like someone closed theirs eyes before tossing them on the pizza.

This Papa John’s location is horrible!! They definitely need some looking into. From the minute I walked through the door every employee is wearing shorts, hair down, not a single employee in gloves, blasting music with a lobby full of AT LEAST 15 people. I arrived more than 5 minutes after the “estimated ready time” that was sent to my email. The girl at the counter took my name, said it would be 5-7 minutes, great, you’re busy, I get it. But more than 20 minutes went by and my name was never called out. I checked in again, my ONE large pepperoni pizza had not even made it into the oven yet!! I completely understand, especially given that it’s a Friday night, that it’s going to be busy. But you can at least try to give out semi accurate ready times, especially when you don’t offer seating and I’m standing at the wall with two herniated discs. A little transparency goes a really long way, I could have waited in my car and given you guys the time/lobby space. I will avoid this location from here on out.

The delivery older gentleman with the Eastern European accent has a terrible attitude. Nearly ran us over with his Papa John’s delivery car. Also, he had the audacity to curse at us in his own language. The manager took his side. Will never come here again. Lost a loyal customer.
