Made an online order, was not ready when we I arrived and I ended up having to wait over 10 mins past my pick up time which is fine I understand how food service works BUT the kicker is when our order wasn’t even correct! Simple mistakes like no dressing on a Ruben?!! A small size when we paid for a medium. No mushrooms when extras were asked for. And magically bread of a hot sandwich was cold to touch.

Unbeknownst to me, there was a misconfiguration on their website/app that allowed us to place a pickup order at 9:45am when they don't open until 10am. My kids were getting on a bus at 10am to go to summer camp, and they needed to bring lunch for the bus trip. So when I saw you could pickup here at 9:45am, it seemed perfect.
We got there and they were still closed. We looked in the window and could see the staff getting ready, but the door was locked. Someone came and opened the door to tell us they weren't open. We explained we'd placed an online order and paid with a pickup of 9:45am. They went and checked and, sure enough, there it was. They told us the site shouldn't have allowed us to do that, but they made the sandwiches without any issues.
My kids made it on the bus fine and enjoyed their lunch during the ride.
So, my apologies to the crew who was on that morning. I should have cross-checked the pickup vs. opening time and questioned it. But a HUGE thank you for taking care of us anyway without any hint of frustration.

Went there yesterday and they were busy the store manager was so concerned a me having the text on my phone about the buy one get one I made sure and showed it to her then I ordered a chicken cordon blue only to get it home to see the chicken was not cooked all the way I was really disappointed !

This is my favorite Penn Station location! The team is always friendly when you come in. They’re very nice about custom or special orders. They never skimp on the toppings or fries. I’ve ordered online, in person, I’ve dined in, gotten it to go and dined in with my special needs/handicapped family member. Always a great experience. And this spot has a cool unique view!

I placed an order through the official Penn Station website, expecting a smooth experience. However, my order was abruptly canceled because the DoorDasher; whom Penn Station partnered with; arrived early and decided to cancel the delivery. This was completely out of my control. When I reached out to Penn Station for help, I was told to contact DoorDash, even though I never chose DoorDash myself; the delivery was arranged through their platform.
It’s incredibly disappointing that Penn Station does not take responsibility for orders placed directly through their own website. Most reputable businesses take full ownership of the delivery experience when customers use their site, regardless of which third-party service is involved. This kind of deflection and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again unless they fix this flawed system and take proper ownership of their customers’ experience.
It’s unfortunate because I was ordering from them on a daily basis and now I’m simply never going to order from there again.

They gave me uncooked food. Uncooked fries. Uncooked pepperoni. Absolutely disgusting and severely dangerous not cooking food to right temp. Don’t come here. 12/22/24 around 12:30pm 19$ meal to eat uncooked food. This place deserves to be closed down and probably other people have gotten sick from this. There’s no way

Matt, Assistant Manager was rude when I tried to redeem a discount that I bought for a donation for Down Syndrome. Won't be back and not falling for their scams for donations. Be better Matt and Penn
