I have given this place way too many chances, but today topped the cake. In the past I've walked in to managers yelling at employees, everyone just in a hostile mood, not friendly, etc. The pizza itself is usually always good so I just looked past it. But today? No. I ordered 2 cauliflower crust pizzas cause my daughter and I are allergic to wheat and theirs is one of my favorites. We eat one, no issue. The second one, I went to just grab one more slice of and put it away. It was not cauliflower. A gave a piece to my husband just to make sure cause maybe I was trippin. Nope, it was regular pizza (he doesn't like the cauliflower one so he would have instantly known). It was also not even cut the same either so that was an instant red flag cause I didn't change the cut. I called. He argued with me to the ground that he was the only one there and he knows for a fact it was right. Funny how you can argue with someone about an allergy, but ok. He didn't acknowledge my comment about the way it was cut, either. (What I think happened was someone ordered a medium, thin crust, party cut pizza and they mixed mine up with theirs). Now I'm second guessing myself so I made my husband take another bite, nope it really was in fact regular. They told me they'd remake or give me a credit, but still argued about it being right. He wouldn't let it go. Then they told me it has a special box. No it doesn't. I ordered pizza last night and the breadsticks came in the same size and color box as my cauliflower pizza. But why would they even admit that it was wrong, when they knew I had an allergy?! Hello. You're not gonna admit that. But, by the time I got back from getting the remake, I got sick; barely making it to the bathroom and had a terrible migraine so if the taste wasn't enough to know it was the wrong one... now we know for sure, but they aren't gonna do anything about it and that's unfortunately one of the risks you take eating out, but it's sad that nobody cares about people with allergies and it's not taken seriously. They could have killed someone who was anaphylaxis allergic.

The manager was very efficient and polite. She was working in the store alone. She acknowledged me when I approached the counter to order to advised she was a little swamped but would be with me as soon as she could. Upon taking my order, she reviewed my order for understanding & accuracy, answered all of my questions with ease. My food was cooked to perfection- I ordered 5 personal pans & 6 wings, making a late dinner a pleasure for me & my family. She deserves a raise and significant incentive/praise from the company.

This specific locations has hands down the best GM ever. Mike always goes above and beyond to make sure every order exceeds customer expectations. I’ve never had a better experience at any other location besides the Hazel Dell location ran under Mike. This guy deserves a raise!!!!

7/15/25 Haley should NOT be working in customer service. She made an error and instead of apologizing and taking accountability like any normal human being, she was very rude and immature. However, the young man working the register around 4:40, was very sincere and apologetic, even though he did absolutely nothing wrong. I thanked him, and told him mot to apologize for someone else's BLATANT IGNORANCE. HALEY NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

Wow — have literally never had better pizza . I stopped getting take out pizza and stuck with frozen for years because take out just was never good quality , especially for the price . This was worth it 😭 Cooking instructions were followed . It arrived so fresh , hot , and soft — not stale/old/etc . Delivery came like 10-15 minutes earlier than expected , and the driver was so patient and understanding in waiting for me to meet him because I wasn’t expecting it that early .

Some of the worst pizza I have ever had. Will never go back to theis store! The pizza's did not have extra cheese as order, the crust was so thin it could have been a thin and crispy when we ordered hand tossed and stuffed crust. Very little cheese in the crust. The pepperoni was baked harder that a thick potato chip, no taste left at all. This store has been going downhill for awhile. I would not recommend it to anyone. Most certainly my last trip there!
