Some of the worst pizza I have ever had. Will never go back to theis store! The pizza's did not have extra cheese as order, the crust was so thin it could have been a thin and crispy when we ordered hand tossed and stuffed crust. Very little cheese in the crust. The pepperoni was baked harder that a thick potato chip, no taste left at all. This store has been going downhill for awhile. I would not recommend it to anyone. Most certainly my last trip there!

I order from this Pizza Hut all the time! I leave a tip every time I order even if it’s a carry out order! Today was awful, I order 2 pizzas, wings, and cheese sticks. My order was placed at 5:50 and was given a 20 minutes until ready. My fiancé arrived at 6:20 and had to wait 30 minutes to get to the express lane window. No problem they’re busy but then they said they didn’t have any orders with that name. It’s 7:30 and she’s just now leaving! I understand being busy but almost 2 hours for an order like this is ridiculous. Very unhappy!!

Hear that food good! But unfortunately this place hard to get job in! Why cause the owner very closed minded don’t allowed any of tattooed which same owners for over 12 years now cause I have applied for that job several times from 2010 to now. Still declined. Even today they declined my husband. No call or no 2nd interview or question about shift or anything! We decide and stop buy foods from this place! Won’t recommend working there. They are white power, picky and only non tattoo or hearing. No deaf or no gays. Good bye. They lied to you what they looking for. Drivers are full but need indoor which we applied for. Now delined. Again! Good bye

Had a carry out order get messed up tonight. Looks like I made a mistake while ordering it. The general manager, Mike I believe, immediately went and remade my food for me the way I wanted it, even though it may have been my mistake. Thank you for the great customer service. Will definitely be back!

it had been 7 years since i tried pizza hut because the quality had gone down so much over time, but decided to give this one a try...man oh man...Asked for a well done bake, it was noted on the receipt but the pizza was fully raw in the center.The people were friendly and efficient, but not cooking your pizza will save you time i guess. Stick with the Thin N Crispy!
Pizza Hut has become a new leader in the "pizza chain" department. Typically handtossed pizza is our families go to, but it's always pan here at Pizza Hut. Do yourself a favor and pay that extra up charge for pan....you won't regret it. Crust comes out buttery and crispy every time. Staff is always kind. The last time we left the pick-up window, we were in better moods because of the wide smile the young lady that gave us our order was wearing.
I must say that this location is stellar! I choose Pizza Hut (carry-out) in Westfield frequently due to the fact that they are 100% dependable and consistent. I never have to wait for my order once I arrive, the staff members are so courteous, and I always receive 100% accuracy and quality. This is much appreciated!

We used to order from here all the time when we lived in Westfield. We're back in town this weekend for a funeral and my son is having a rough time. He's 12, a great kid, but has ASD and so dinners can be tricky. I put in an order for pizza for my wife to pick up on her way home from work. She got there when the app said the order was ready, but either it wasn't or it had been sitting ever since I placed the order. She saw the employee check a box and say to another employee "maybe it's still good," then he told my wife that it would be "a few more minutes." It was almost 15 minutes, so I suspect they had to remake it.Like I said, our son is ASD and has to have pizza cut into squares. This was put in the original order. I emphasized it. When my wife got home, we opened the pizza and saw that it was sliced normally, not into squares. Night ruined.

Ordered delivery. 9 items - wings, fries, personal pizzas, dessert, and salad. Placed on porch, o ly item in a bag was the salad. All of the other items were spread over the porch. Total disaster. Had to find a box to gather it all. Why not put all of it in bags.
