I had a few hours before my next appointment so I stopped by Rivet to get a coffee and brunch. Their tomato Caprese sandwich was visually pleasing and gastronomically delicious. The tasteful amount of luscious 🍅tomatoes and balsamic glaze made the sandwich a delight to eat. I would go back again for this!

I also loved their Latte Miel☕. The decor inside is very cozy and bright. This is certainly a place where one could spend looking out the window at any season of the year!

Friendly servers!

The coffee is pretty good, waffles are phenomenal but not for the astronomical waiting time of an hour, when I did online pickup. Decent place just overhyped and can get crowded easily.

I am not a coffee drinker but my daughter and son- in-law loves this place. But I will say it's one of the best waffles have had.

Food was great, staff very polite and friendly, outdoor dining was very pleasant this morning with mild temperature and reasonable volume music playing. Easy to have a conversation with my breakfast companion. There's an off-the-street free parking lot about 100 yards away.

What an unexpected disappointment this place was. We arrived mid morning on Saturday and noticed that the line was decently long, which lead to me deciding to place a mobile order and wait on the deck. There was an estimated time for the order to be complete at 10:35, I had placed the order at around 10:00 am. At 10:40 I approached the pickup window to check on the status of my order. The associate at the window mentioned that they needed to make one more drink of my two drink order. Another 10 minutes pass and the associate called my name that the order was complete. As I neared the pickup window this time I watched the associate knock over my drink, spilling a decent portion of it on the counter. As I walked up she greeted me with my name and then proceeded to try and hand me the spilled the drink where coffee was dripping down the cup and her hands. My unamused face said I watch you spill the drink can you at least clean it up. The proper response here would have been to make me a new drink, but alas that wasn’t going to happen. The associate went to the side to “clean” the drink up in a haphazardly attempt. She then handed me a sopping wet cup. Once I sat down I noticed that a large portion of the coffee had pooled on top of the lid. I once again went up to the window and requested napkins, since none were available to grab myself. Once I finally took a sip of my drink I noticed they didn’t put the correct syrup in the drink, at this point I was over this debacle of an operation and left. So if you want to waste your morning for mediocre service and coffee, this is the place for you.

The employees working here at Rivet suck big time! There was no greeting as you walk in nor making eye contact. You can get lost being first time here looking at the menu or know where to place your order. But the blond chick behind the coffee counter pretended to be busy and never bother to ask a new customer if I needed any help ordering or pointed to where coffee is ordered. That’s because I don’t look like her and all the employees there just never bothered to ask what I want to order. The coffee ordered was a super small espresso for $4.90 that was nothing special or extraordinary. Save your money and dignity by patronizing a different coffee shop because Rivet Coffee is nothing more than a place that only caters to those who look like them.

Cute place! Would be a nice spot on less busy days. I ordered a chai and it tasted like they put cayenne in it. That’s a cheap way to get spice. It had no sweetener detectable. Ended up throwing it out. Our food sat on the counter packaged up for several minutes before we finally went over and asked for it. They didn’t call out our name for it either. The bagels were rubbery. The prepackaged orange juices were as expected. So that’s good. I would recommend skipping this place unless you go at a time when it is less busy and you can taste your food and drink and have them correct any mistakes. Their chocolate banana waffle was good.

What a cute little coffee shop! I ordered a cold brew coffee which was delicious! But keep in mind they also have it on nitro at a reasonable price compared to other stores I’ve visited! In addition, they have food options. Owner was very welcoming, friendly, and gracious. She mentioned that they roast their beans on site! Many customers were outside enjoying their coffee and meals at the tables. We will return, and I suggest you give them a try (note: closed Sundays).

Great service and excellent food. Went there twice; first time my coffee was luke warm at best but the second time it was hotter. (They have a store policy of not being able to warm it up).

Nice little coffee shop with friendly staff. Difficult to find seating inside if you go during typical rush times, so be prepared to order to go.
Great cafe stop for those walking or riding on the Midland Trail. Bike racks and outdoor ordering available.
