I usually don’t leave for reviews, but I definitely am today. I ordered a kale salad with chicken And it was horrible! Most of the lettuce had already gone bad. The bottom of the container was filled with juices from it. So I paid $23 to eat a few bites of chicken. I used to love this place, but it has definitely gone downhill the last few times The photo I added was some of the best pieces of the lettuce that I found in the salad.
Edit: my husband went to get us lunch so we can give another chance and it was the same. The lettuce was so gross and the balsamic was almost gross. Which is sad because I used to love their dressing. When he pulled my salad out of the bag to hand it to me the juice from the rotten lettuce leaked all over my lap. Not to mention the staff won’t even acknowledge you so I stood there for about 8 minutes very awkwardly PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON OVERPRICED ROTTEN LETTUCE!! $58 wasted we shouldn’t have even gave them another chance

If you're in town for a sporting event, don't get delivery; come here yourself and get a fresh salad. I got the southwest chipotle ranch, and initially I was unsure about the $13.50 price, but the price is worth it. Crispy lettuce, fresh ingredients, and a large serving. Especially after the included roll I was satisfied. I'll be back!

We had a delightful experience here! We had our 8 year old autistic son with us. He is extremely picky about his food. I ordered him a grilled chicken and bacon melt, thinking that would be something he would eat. During our struggle to get him to eat, the wonderful lady working came out and asked if she could make him a grilled cheese on the house. I said yes, please! Not only did she bring the sandwich, she brought him a tomato soup and a koolade jammer! Touched my heart!! Great food and compassionate employees!

This was my first visit. I was underwhelmed. Maybe it was an off day. First, there weren't enough staff members to serve the large lunch crowd and fulfill online orders. We waited well over 20 minutes just to place an order at the counter. Second, the quality of the food was poor. The salad mixes were wilted and so much of it was brown and slimey as to be inedible (this was the iceberg/romaine mix). The melts had floppy, partially cooked bacon and flavorless chicken. Third, the pricing was beyond outrageous. Two half slimey, wilted, brown salads, two half flavorless melts, and two bottles of water, over $40. Unimpressed.

Ordered through Ubereats. I got NEW Saladworks Blend (Romaine, Spring Mix & Spinach), Romaine/Iceberg Blend, Spring Mix, Blueberries, Crispy Chicken, Diced Apples, Dried Cranberries, Sliced Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Cucumbers, Onion Crisps, Pecans, and Strawberries. Salad was big enough to eat some for lunch and the rest for dinner. Fresh ingredients, with numerous options. My only gripe is that they put the candied pecans on my salad instead of regular pecans which is what I ordered. Will definitely try again.
