We ordered ahead for 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. It is advertised on the windows of $2.99 kids meals with adult purchase, which wasn’t honored. We picked up via drive thru. Purchased extra sauce and had to go inside to get it and the 2 juice boxes for the kids. Also ordered with no tomatoes and there were tomatoes on the sandwich. Thankfully we don’t have allergies but that could potentially be a big deal to someone else. Fries and ranch were yummy and they have fountain Dr Pepper Zero which no where else does. Probably won’t go back based on overall price vs quality.

Food was good but the portions are a joke. The tenders I got could barely be considered nuggets and I got like 10 small fries. It was a uber eats order so I guess it’s easy to screw over a customer when they aren’t there to check first.

We love Slim Chicken. We've been eating here for months now, and it's always good. Usually get the tenders or chicken and waffles, but everything I've tried has been enjoyable. Staff and managers are always friendly. Chill music and atmosphere with comfortable seating. Rewards program is awesome. Love some slim chik. -Matty Shoes-

I ordered a club and they gave me a regular chicken sandwich (almost $5 price difference). Then, to top it off, the chicken was dry and cooked in old grease. The bun was as flat as a pancake, chewy and stale. This was the worst chicken sandwich that I have even gotten from a restaurant. I just threw it away.

Cute place. I know this place is new, but what stood out was the cleanliness. My wife had a wrap and I had some chicken fingers. She loved the wrap. The fingers were really crispy and hot. Great quality. I tried the hot bbq and the spicy ranch. Both were excellent. We'll be back.

It says always made Fresh & cooked to order, but that’s definitely not true. My meal came out one minute after I ordered it and wasn’t hot or fresh, The chicken was dry and rubbery, and the fries were mushy and lukewarm also. Raising Cane’s is much better.

I love slim chickens. The food is always good... I Love they're ranch!!!

Order the two chicken tenders meal, fried pickles, and two chicken sandwich meals. The meal arrive nearly frozen and in a terrible state, distance is not a factor because I have ordered food from Westfield and it arrived fresh and hot. The bag was not sealed to maintain the heat at all. The chicken tenders meal looked like a happy meal for a child, the fries were about ten each, and the tenders were only two when I ordered three. There was no sauce included with the tenders also and I ordered ranch. The fried pickles were missing entirely. I was very disappointed in the restaurant as this was our first time trying the restaurant. First impressions are everything.

I ordered delivery, I ordered two of the three chicken tenders meal. Both of my chicken meals only had two chicken strips. There were only a few fries, about ten in each box. I ordered an order of fried pickles that I didn't receive. I also only received three drinks when I should have received four, I paid for four. The food arrived cold. I'm sorry if we pay expensive delivery fees, the food should arrive hot and distant doesn't have much to with it because I have ordered from other restaurants in Westfield and my food arrived great and hot.
