I was not happy to learn Smoothie King no longer offers their flavorless protein. We can no longer come here because all the other protein options taste terrible. Why would they get rid of the flavorless protein option?
I was told there was a 15 minute wait in the drive through and ended up waiting for about an hour just for my smoothies to be runny and room temperature. Don’t waste your time and money.

I cannot say enough good things about this location!! I come here almost everyday to get a protein shake & every employee is just amazing.
I received a gift card as a recovery gift for a pretty big surgery I have this upcoming week & the gift card kept reading invalid despite never being used. With no hesitation, they told me they would get it fixed for me & by the end of the day I had a call from smoothie king letting me know when I come in next my gift card would be there & was fixed. The extra effort meant so much!
Good smoothies, but does take a while unless ordered in advance.

We stopped by this location yesterday afternoon and had a really disappointing experience. When we pulled up to the drive-thru, we noticed an upgrade available on our mobile app and wanted to see if we could apply it to our order. Our smoothie bowl and smoothie weren’t ready yet, so when the lady asked for payment, we asked if we could use the upgrade. She told us “no” without explanation. When we asked why, she said it was because we ordered a 20 oz and would have needed to order a 32 oz to qualify for the upgrade. We then asked if we could simply make it a 32 oz, and she said no because our drinks were already made, even though we hadn’t paid yet. She could have easily accommodated our request, but instead, she became combative and rude.
Always fast and efficient with my drink always get it right and real pleasant and nice employees.
