We went pretty late 11:00pm it was pouring down rain and we had a big order. They had quite a few cars I’d say 10. These guys were running around working their buts off in the rain. They were pleasant our food was all there. All our sauces. Was a very pleasant experience! I called after we left to get their names and leave this review. Thank you Liam, Madison,Ashton,Jay and Melia!!! Btw the pretzels were amazing!!! This type of customer service isn’t easy to come by now days! Keep up the good work guys!

I want to thank sonic in Westfield!! They have an absolute amazing team including ( Liam, Ashton, Malia, madison, and Jay!!) they were so fast and rolling around in the pouring down rain!! I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant with such friendly and excellent service!! Thank you guys will 10/10 be back!!

Gotta love when something as simple as asking for ketchup with your food doesn't happen. Especially when you give them 20% tip for the order. Don't want to eat my good plain so just wasted money on the order. Why ask if we want ketchup, we say yes, and then give none? :/

Best addition to Westfield, ever.

It's modern version of the 50s drive in diner. The food is just ok. I love the fact you have your own kiosk and no pressure to hurry and order something. That is unique among fast food places. All this in the comfort of your car. Onion rings were bland and the burger was ok. Wish it had a more distinctive flavor like Wendy's, Burger King, White Castle etc.
