Sonic Drive-In

Horrible Service. I attempted to pick up DoorDash from this location. The lady told me that they didn’t have the order yet because the pick up time was in another 1 minute(not accurate, that’s not how it works). I then sat outside for 15 minutes in 20 degree weather waiting. Everyone was inside ignoring me. Only for her to come back 15 minutes later to say they still didn’t have the order. I told her she should’ve told me that they didn’t have it sooner, so I could’ve place the order myself or at least avoided standing out in the cold waiting. And she replied with an attitude, “I don’t have to do anything.” No apology, what so ever. No care in the world for her clients or customers. The entire time I was there, they had maybe 5 total customers in about 30 minutes. This location must not want to keep business. It wouldn’t have been hard at all for her to take the order from my DoorDash issued credit card and make the franchise a little more money.

This happened on 1/21/26 at 10:44 and 11:02PM outside the North door by the picnic tables. I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name so the local operator would have a reference of which of their employees this was.

I love sonic and will go get a twisted flamingo here and there which is not on the menu so i get a cherry limeade and add sweet cream its amazing. However, they tend to always leave out the sweet cream, most of the time I just leave it alone and drive away cause mistakes happen and i dont mind a regular cherry limeade, this time i went back through the drive thru asked for a small cup of sweet cream for two RT44 drinks and i get half of like a kids cup to spilt between two drinks. Didnt want to sound like I was complaining about it so i just drove away. Just be mindful of what customers are ordering since this has been a consistent issue with my order:(

I need to rave about the GM. I spoke to her about an order issue I recently had through Ubereats. She not only owned the issue but went above and beyond to make it right. I greatly appreciate your help and support!! I will be back to eat again.

Ordered bacon on the burger and they served no bacon. no ketchup with the fries which were dumped all in the bag.

We just sat at the drive through window for 10 minutes with a line behind us. We finally pulled up to the window and have been waiting to ask to order. We just asked someone outside if we can order and he said the guy supposed to be doing drive through is doing stock. It’s 5pm on a Monday and there is a long line in the drive through and we’re not being serviced or spoken through. Everyone inside is ignoring us. This is insane!

10/10 food was fantastic! I got a massive burger onion rings and a medium size drink which felt like a large!!!! All for 10 bucks no deals no nothing pull up order bring it out on roller skates! Food was so good I tipped a good amount! I will highly recommend this sonic best once I been too so far

They have gone way down hill! Forgets half of our food and when told they forgot they acted like I was an inconvenience. Get home and still forgot part of my order.

Went here for a quick ice cream treat. They were very busy! Staff was quick and polite though. Safe space for local teens to hang out and have fun.

I absolutely love Sonic...I must say that the Sonics I. Texas & Arkansas are better than the northern ones...The hamburgers & hot dogs are great & they use to have an amazing BLT but have since taken it off the menu....Their cherry/lime soda is awesome and wish that they would come back with their frozen orange cream slushy which was incredibly tasty....my go to for fast food when in Noblesville....the one in Michigan City isn't that good...
