I went this morning to the Starbucks on SR 32 & Oak Ridge Rd in Westfield. I went to order a Venti Hot Peppermint Mocha as I had a 20 Bonus Stars I could get. However, when they rang it up it was rang up as a Mocha add Peppermint which would not give me my bonus stars as I found that out when I had bonus stars if I ordered an ice peppermint white mocha about a month ago. I asked the lady who took my order why it could not be rang up as a peppermint mocha so I could get my bonus stars, and the answer was that this was a seasonal item and she couldn't ring it up that way, which is BS. I cancelled my order at this one and drove to the Noblesville Starbucks off SR 32 and they rang it up exactly how I ordered it and I got my bonus stars. It is very frustrating that I had to drive several miles out of my way to be able to get my bonus stars since the closest one was not able to ring up my order correctly so I could get my bonus stars for what I was ordering. This needs to be fixed, as it is ridiculous they can't or just won't ring up an order as requested and I am going to also say that by them ringing up to add the peppermint syrup was going to almost $0.50 more than just ordering the peppermint mocha. And I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years, and this is the only location I have had this issue with.

This is a Starbucks. With a drive thru. They moved the people through very effectively. The brownies and pink drink were the same as all other Starbucks.

First off we sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 mins. Before they even asked what we wanted. Granted the lines at this location always takes 20-30 mins to get through normally which is INSANE! But then I ordered my husband's drink and then ordered mine which they are ALWAYS out of ( white chocolate mocha). They recommend a iced mocha which is absolutely gross ? and tastes nothing like white chocolate mocha super bitter. Then proceeded to write on my husband's cup..... "You are loved" which is highly inappropriate um helloooooooo my kids was sitting in the van and they saw them. We come to get coffee not you writing on my husband's cup! Both the drinks was absolutely disgusting wasted time and money! And the girls working tonight shouldn't be recommended anything period and should worry more about there jobs and less of writing on people's drinks which is highly disrespectful and no way sanitary! ? We both thru our drinks away. No thank you!

I go here almost weekly and have always had a good experience. It is in a Kroger store so you have to go into Kroger, its right in the doorway to the right.

This Starbucks has gone downgill. I can't count how many drinks have been messed up in the past five months. I've had an ice caramel macchiato and a ice caramel frappucino with espresso messed up several times. I'll be going to the ones in Carmel from now on.

This Kroger Starbucks makes the best tasting signature drinks out of all of the Starbucks I've been to, consistently. You can guarantee your drink will taste the way it was intended to taste, every time. Keep up the good work. Corporate, don't try to fix what's not broken. Let them keep doing what they are doing.
