Everytime I order a white hot chocolate and I state NO coffee or espresso in it. I ask again before I pull away to make sure. 99% of the time it's a mocha...frustrating I don't like coffee at all!!

I am a regular at this Starbucks location and I am there everyday. The staff is incredible, every one of them always says hello to me and when I leave they always say “thanks have a great day”, super super friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations of things to try.. The manager Michael is the best, he is so personable and has really done a great job turning this location into a great store and my favorite Starbucks out of all of them! I will continue to be a regular at this location!!!

I stopped here just recently due to a trip from Cincinnati to Chicago, I went and visited family through Indiana. I have never had an experience at a Starbucks like I've had here, the people, the atmosphere, the drinks were all top teir! It was very lively and felt like a great place to hang out, I didn't want to leave. If I wasn't on a tight deadline I would have stayed for one more drink. Whatever these managers are doing over here, it's working, and it should DEFINITELY BE RELAYED to other Starbucks!
