The worst Starbucks I have ever been too. There were a line of cars around the building, so I went in for takeout. No one in line, three girls behind the counter. One at druve through waitng on drinks, another standing around, the third making drinks. After waiting two minutes with no service, I asked the one making drinks and she asked one of them standing around to take my order. She looked teedoff that she had to move and take my order. She asked in a condeceding way , may I help you. She took my two drink order and I wait and wait and wait. They empty out the drive through and work on online orders, now it has been ten minutes. The one making drinks it is time to take a break and do some texting. She finally gets back to work and eventually starts on my order. In the middle of making mine, a drive up comes and orders. She stops in the middle if making mine and makes the drive through order. It takes over fifteen minutes to make my order when there was no line inside!!! Go to the one around 146th and US31, great service there!!!!!!!

No coffee is worth waiting 26 minutes for. When I asked why people who had ordered after me got their orders (similar to mine) long before me I got a canned apology with an excuse about mine being a mobile order so they take longer.Excuse me? Shouldn’t that make mine ready quicker after my arrival? I then asked why my notifications said my order was ready and she went on about some app update. They did nothing to try to rectify the situation, nothing to make amends, and not even a genuine apology.I was not the only one asking questions about their order. This is an awful business practice if that’s the norm here.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there, not to say it doesn’t happen. All places have their faults but overall, it’s always been a pretty good experience.
