I really think michelle (the manager) should NOT be a manager. She REFUSED to deliver on a veterans day promo, gave us 2 wrong drinks, had a severe attitude and we left with 3 coffees drinks that weren’t close to what we asked for. I’ve never met someone with less constumer and service skills. Severely disappointed to see an employee isn’t a patriotic at all, and refuses to give a VETERAN a veterans day deal. Michelle may be better working at somewhere like the dmv where things are slow and easy. You don’t need people skills or organizing skills at the DMV, just brain cells. Starbucks is going severely downhill.

I like Starbucks but judging from my own experience and other comments here, the baristas fall short. I’m guessing they are short staffed often, so it’s not all them to blame. But 90% of my trips here I feel as if I am bothering the baristas by being there. Wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks if you can pick yours up elsewhere.

Always good for a cup of coffee! i like the iced shaken espresso and irish cream cold brew and lattes. they have a good cheese danish and the cake pops are a hit with the kids(okay and adults ;)

Why does this store allow mobile orders?? They are ALWAYS short staffed so for them to have to also take mobile orders on top of the walk ins is insane. Do better Starbucks.

The girl who took my order was pretty rude, I didn't understand why because I felt like I was being friendly while ordering. I asked for a steamed oat milk and when they gave it to me I asked if it was oat milk just to double check and the other girl working who made it told me yes. Once I tried it I could tell it was whole milk. Usually I don't write reviews like this but I personally work at Starbucks and I know the company cares a lot about good customer service, and this unfortunately was not the service Starbucks strives for.
