I come here a lot and I always get a beef grilled cheese burrito and every single time it looks like this. This is ridiculous and the last time I came and got the same thing they burt the cheese on top to I left it on their counter for them since it took so long for them to stop looking at me and walk up after a while.

I was really disappointed with the Cheese Fiesta Potatoes I received in my last few visits. The potatoes were clearly overcooked, looked old and tasted burnt. On top of that, they seemed to have been fried in old or bad oil, which gave them a stale, unpleasant aftertaste. I usually enjoy this item, but this time it was not up to standard. Hoping this was just a one-off experience and not the norm.
When I went back the guy asked you want the fresh potatoes, right? I said obviously whether I ask or not it should be always fresh.

They wait until the customer/Driver shows up to begin making orders. Staff not welcoming or friendly at all. This wasn’t a one time thing, I frequent this location as a driver and waste valuable time waiting for orders to get made when I could’ve been delivering others.

Ordered veggie pizza, but got the almighty combo of beef and beans. I usually don’t post or leave bad reviews often. This has happened second time. All I can do is post this and hope this issue is brought up. As a vegetarian and ordering from veggie menu option in app and still getting this poor service. I have no words.
Everything else was fine; but my share of food wasn’t correct which was the veggie pizza itself.

This Taco bell has an outdoor pergola that wraps around the building and is INFESTED with wood bees. They. are. everywhere. You can’t walk in the front door without them flying at you. Also I was there today and it was really slow service but it didn’t seem like they had a lot of staff, the workers were working hard.

The people I work at this Taco Bell do not take their job seriously at all, they sit there playing in the back while I waited 25 minutes for One soft taco. There 8-9 other people just standing there waiting for food too, two of them were DoorDash that said they’ve been waiting for 40 to 45 minutes. How was that even possible when I saw at least four employees back there, I would understand if they were short staffed, but that clearly wasn’t the case. You should do the community a favor and just close this location

drive thru is super slow. Just went through the drive thru around 130pm and asked a question on the menu. Staff didn't know the menu.

Ordered my food in the lobby to dine in. I spend 20 plus minutes waiting for my food while they kept making door dash orders. I asked them could I at least get my drink while I wait. They got snippy with me. First of all your lobby orders should come priority over stupid DoorDash orders. I watched countless door dashers walk in & out past me while I just sat there by the counter patiently waiting. I could have gone through the drive thru faster than watching to sit down & eat some dinner after a long day at work. Not to mention I went to get a drink & even the drink was disappointing, super watered down & didn’t even taste like it was supposed to. Oh don’t even get me started on the fact that none of them speak English so when you try to talk to them about a messed up order or to even get your drink while you wait a half hour for your food they ignore you & you literally have to raise your voice like your making a scene just to get customers service then they treat you like your trash
