Service was a little slow. Which I'm usually ok with, it's a busy location but they missed a 1/3 of our orders and since everything is kiosk based it took awhile to get assistance. They quickly made the missing items, however the finished product was rather sloppy.Parking: There is ample parking however the lot is super tight. The entrance funnels into the drive thru which often blocks parking lot access.

Somehow this location has gotten worse. Some employees don’t speak English and can’t help customers (witnessed other customers tell the staff about the fountain being out of soda or missing an item and they had to go grab someone else to translate). Then I’ve seen on 2 occasions a staff member yelling out to their friends in the lobby and screwing around while there’s several people waiting on orders. Saw one guy on his phone WITH food prep gloves on. Just totally unprofessional.Don't waste your time or money here. I ordered a crunchwrap and burrito recently, and they were literally half the size they're supposed to be because they barely had any filling in them. The burrito was half folded on itself. I felt gipped on a $5 meal, which is pretty sad. The location of the drive thru is also terrible because it backs up traffic into the street.

There are no fillings in the food! Not worth the money! Bag sat on the counter for who knows how long and no one bothered to tell us our food was ready. When we finally asked about our food they were polite and friendly. Best to make tacos at home and avoid taco bell all together.

The people who work there are just lazy always saying the DoorDash was already picked up when it was placed not to long ago and has 2 different stories on what happened to this persons DoorDash. More than once at the same time before shift changed at 4am has this happened the shift before 4am is straight up lazy.
The chicken pita and the double steak cheese burrito were phenomenal....should have gotten a bunch of those!

went to go get food from here at 11pm. they were absolutely dead in the drive through. I had to wait for nearly 10 minutes just to have my order taken. then after I got my food, I was missing two separate items, the tacos were practically empty, my mexican pizza was absolutely CRUSHED, because they piled everything into one big bag for whatever reason. as someone who was a shift lead for taco bell, this is piss poor execution of a team and their leaders. do better.EDIT: everything was absolutely cold and stale. it was no more than a 3 minute drive from the building to my home. do your job better. seriously.
