This was horrible. Today 9/15 around 11am we tried to go thru the drive-thru, and we thought they were closed because no one was answering. We went inside and it took a few minutes for a young lady with blue hair to come to the counter. We asked how she was doing and she ignored us. This was horrible customer service, grumpy, no eye contact, nothing. I told her “are you the only one here” and she said “no she’s in the bathroom.” I gave her words of encouragement and we even gave her a tip! Then another worker came from the bathroom and was someone cordial. Then a young man came in and they started complaining about how little money they make, how they don’t understand how the gentleman got fired (even though he was written up more than 3 times.) I was astounded, but it got worse! The young man started talking about how he was outrunning the cops! He then stole a bag of chips! They talked about how little money they make, but I remember getting paid much less, they should be happy to earn money. I was astounded. I then asked the young man if he paid for the chips and he said “no, but I will.” I’m not quite sure about that. I called them out and told them that they can’t talk about how much they hate their job infront of customers. It’s just not appropriate. I was offended bc WE GAVE THEM MONEY, we tipped them. I want them to do better in life! It’s so sad. Then they looked shocked that I called them out, and when we drove away I saw them sitting outside talking together, not even in the franchise! I love this place, but I won’t be returning!

Just left there at 1150am. Waited at the drive thru window 40 min after paying for one smoothie. The girl took payment and immediately walked away. I blew my horn with no assistance. As I began driving to go inside a young boy walks up to the window with my smoothie and I began explaining that they should tell the customers if it’s going to be a wait. He slammed window and walked away before I could finish. I miss the old crew that was at this location. They were very professional! This location is down the street from my home, but I will not be going back. I’ll take the drive to a different location that’s respectful to their customers

I ordered from the drive through last night around 7:20pm. I left the drive through at 7:50pm. Drive past and just seen workers standing around. No other customers other than the 1 car in front of me and 1 behind me. The other car on front of me left as well. Very disappointed!

We waited 30 minutes in the drive through for one açaí bowl. During this time, the car in front of me left without their order because they’d been waiting so long. I went inside to see how much longer it would be- there were three younger kids working. One was on his phone the entire time. We ended up leaving after being there about 40 minutes- without our food, so I can’t speak to the quality of the food. I also watched one of the staff pick up a strawberry off the floor with her gloved hand, throw the strawberry away, and continue cutting food with the same gloved hand. Highly unimpressed and will not return.
Waited in the drive thru lane for over a half hour with only one other car. Completely unacceptable. I had to restate my order to them 3 times because they put it in wrong and then couldn’t find it. We’ve been to many Tropical Smoothie locations and this BY FAR had the worst service!!

I usually have no issues here but lately (in the past month or so) it’s been terrible. They take forever to fill orders. I’ll order a head of time, get there 15 mins later and I’m still waiting another 20 mins to get my food. I order through DoorDash. I’m always at risk of not getting my food delivered. Drivers turn down the delivery because they take too long to fulfill the order. I’ve had my sandwich wrapped in dirty wrapping covered in honey and sauce. It’s ridiculous

I have been to this location on multiple occasions and had mixed experiences. Unfortunately today was the last time I will attempt to go here. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone ever talking to me. When greeted after the ten minutes I was met with “welcome to tropical smoothie you’re looking at a 30 minute wait”. That is absolutely absurd for a place like this, and the parking lot wasn’t very full itself. On other trips to this location I have gone through the drive thru and been told the drive thru is closed, which again is an issue. I am unsure if this is a franchise store or the specifics, but I can tell you without question there is a severe lack of management, staffing, and work ethic.

This location has been closed on and off for several weeks now, citing various reasons. I've heard it all this week, each posted sign was different. No ice, blenders broken, short staff, and possible water contamination within a short span of 5 days. Their GM is never on site, and I will be calling corporate to address this situation. You're better off going to smoothie king.
