This morning around 6:25am, 1/15/26, I placed an order in the app for pick up at 7:10am. Once I arrived at the Westfield location at 7:20am, I saw the store hadn't even been opened! No lights were on, no cars were even in the parking lot, so no one was there. This is extremely frustrating as I was on my way to work, so it's not like I could wait around for an employee to show up! I drove out of my way to pick up my order that was already paid for, just to discover the staff hadn't even shown up for work!
