Why ruin a good salad. Ordered a Taco salad at the 191 street Store Wendy's drive thru. Asked for extra salsa and was informed that the Taco Salad no longer comes with Salsa only dressing and a side of Chili. Ordered one and asked for a few extra crackers. Received a salad, salsa dressing no taco chips..instead received a very small amount of crumbs in a little plastic bag. No crackers to eat with my Chili and the two large diet cokes on my To go order were filled from bottom to top with ice, very little drink. We have always liked Wendy's and are weekly visitors, most likely now will spend more time eating at other restaurants where we get what we enjoy...

Wanted to go inside at 7:00 on a Saturday evening and they were locked up. If the dining room is going to be closed, the drive thru better be quick, but it was ridiculously slow.

My girlfriend and I went to Wendy's last night to get flurries. We used the drive-through, and I was surprised when I was told at the payment window that they were only accepting cards—I’ve never been anywhere that didn’t accept cash. I paid and proceeded to the pickup window. There, I was asked if the person at the payment window had informed us that they had no spoons. We hadn’t been told that. The employee at the pickup window said he would let them know. When we received our flurries, they were more like runny shakes than proper flurries.

I was there on a Saturday in November 2024 and they do not have enough people working. Customers were out the door and the drive through was at least a 20
Min wait.

Sat 15+ minutes in the drive-thru line. Half the time they are cash only

basically it is cash only. 4 of the last 5 times I have gone it is cash only. These are at least 2 week apart. I have to assume they are skimming cash as no business in 2024 could be offline that much

This place never wants to serve customers. I've been turned away 6 times for various reasons. Once was that they have "no product." Yet they were open with over half a dozen employees running around. The last 2-3 weeks it's cash only, after holding at the speaker to order. The line barely moves 1-2 cars in 15 minutes. Honestly, I have no idea why the owner isn't there due to lack of revenue and cost of employees during periods of no service. It used to be great when they first opened, fast, good food, and great service. Not sure what happened.

I just went through the drive thru and had an absolutely horrible experience with Tonya. I arrived at the window and let them know I had a mobile order, and was told to pull forward to the second window. (The man who I talked to in the speaker was very friendly.) I get to the window, and the door opens and before I can even open my mouth to say anything I have a bag and large drink shoved into my hand and the window closes. I can already tell this isn’t my order. I wait a few seconds, trying to look through the window to see if anyone is even there, before lightly tapping my horn twice to get someone’s attention. She opens the door and just stares at me like she’s confused. I try to hand her back the food in my hand, saying “This is not my order.” Her, loudly, “DID YOU NOT HAVE THE CHICKEN WRAP AND LARGE DIET?!” I said no, and she finally took the food from me, asking what I ordered. I told her it was a mobile order. Her, this time actually yelling at me, “WELL DID YOU NOT STOP AT THE SPEAKER?!!!!!” Me: “Yes I did. Can you please not yell at me? Thank you!” She closes the door on me, and of course sends someone else to bring my food to me. I had to ask the other lady what her name was since I didn’t see her again. Tonya has absolutely no business working in a customer facing position. I will not be back to this location, that’s for sure.

Well, I found a piece of plastic garbage in my chicken sandwich today... this Wendy's is horrible. They are SOOOOOO SLOW!.... WAITED LIKE 15-20 min in the drive through line... and then they said THEY ONLY TAKE CASH... AND IT'S BEEN THAT WAY FOR OVER 6 MONTHS THEY SAID!!!!.... WHAT A JOKE! there is a Wendy's down the road on SR 32 that is better... or just go to a better restaurant!

Huge waste of time. Don’t bother going thru the drive thru at night if you don’t carry cash. For whatever reason, they won’t accept card. Very frustrating.
Came in, waited about 15-20 minutes in line, they only took one order from the people inside in that time. We left after that without any food.
I recognize they were busy with online orders and the drive-thru, but it was incredibly frustrating to be ignored.

Lady dropped my bag of food out of the drive through window. It also took way longer than expected. She said "sorry". She didn't look sorry.
