It’s ok if you just use the drive thru… but other than that. The trash cans outside are always over flowing , the floor had red pop spilled all around it but they o it that they did was put a wet floor sign down lol the store had no business , 5 employees all at the window talking. 3:30pm 4-29-24 . This is also one of the richest areas in the state, shocks me that it’s so much different than the rest of the area . I took pictures but will no expose them unless they argue about this lol

This is my favorite Wendy’s of all time will literally drive 30 minutes out of my way for fresh food and friendly service night and day compared to the Noblesville location, which is right by my house.

My cheeseburger was incorrectly made and on top of that, had a long a$$ hair in it. I wish I could take a picture but I gave it to the manager to show her and she said all she could do is remake it or refund the $3 cheeseburger. I asked for a full refund since my appetite was ruined at this point and she fought with me on that for a solid 5 minutes. The team members tried to be helpful but she was more concerned about the situation than trying to be nice in anyway. I feel bad for the people that have to work here as she was rude to them as well for trying to back me up. I asked for her name which is Sandra, and I will be contacting corporate over this incident. This is the second time we’ve had an issue here. I don’t even know why we tried to go again because the first time my boyfriend got sick over an undercooked chicken sandwich. I will honestly never be going to a wendy’s again after this experience. Sandra needs to be booted back to kroger or something.

BEST WENDY'S IN THE STATEI drive past 4 different Wendy's locations to come here. I'm not exaggerating, I live at 96th and I-69 and will drive 30 minutes for this location.The food is always fresh, always well constructed.The staff, all seem excited to be there. I don't remember his name, but one of the managers (long blond hair) is a gem. He seems to keep the staff motivated, and leads by example. I've watched him personally build the sandwiches, make drinks, clean the line, etc. He's a doer, and his crew follow along.Tremendous Wendy's!
