So glad to see a Zaxby opening in Westfield. I understand that this location just opened and there are still kinks to work on. One of those being out of coleslaw. Additionally, we asked for the fries to be well done and it was inconsistent. The toast was too. We will definitely be back.

Ordered 2 meals, a nibblerz meal and a 5 piece tender meal. Ordered and paid for extra sauces. Did not receive the slaw or any of the sauces that was requested. It’s a new spot, food was hot and ready, but check your bag before you leave.

What the team lacks in experience they make up in kindness and care for your order. Great people working here that value your time. I had to wait only 2 extra minutes for my food and a free cookie was included due to the very short wait.

Fire whoever is manning the salt shaker in the kitchen. The fries and chicken were too salty. Would have loved to give you a 5 star but first and salty impressions probably void any revisit.
