I ordered a ham and cheese bagel sandwich. There was mold on the ham. Really wish I hadn’t ate most of it before I saw it, very disappointed.

My father ordered a hazelnut coffee, and received a coffee with hazelnut syrup, hot. We ordered another black coffee, and received old coffee. My mint hot chocolate was fine.

Went in on a BOGO Wednesday and didn’t realize it was BOGO. Loralei was very friendly despite how busy it was and even got me to a second coffee I didn’t know I’d even want.
Sierra recommended I go to Biggby even though I don’t like coffee. The German Mocha and Mango Pineapple Mocktail were both delicious! Definitely recommend :)
