We were heading out of the area and back to South Bend yesterday and I was so thankful for the service we got. My son couldn’t see past the ice cream but the employee (I didn’t get her name but she had red hair) was so patient and helped him figure out what he wanted. Our service was wonderful, the order was given to us exactly as we place it and we felt very welcomed. Will definitely be back next time we are in town. Thanks for making a long day better!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I don’t ever make reviews. But the young red head and dark haired girls working the closing shift were beyond rude and made my blizzard completely wrong. They didn’t speak to me when I got to the window. They didn’t close until 9 oclock and I got there at 8:30 and very kindly asked for a blizzard and that was all, and they acted as if I was a customer pulling up at 8:59pm. Business is business and I will not be giving them mine, and I will make sure to spread the word.

NOT friendly at all. Felt like we were bothering them when we ordered 2 shakes at the drive thru. In addition to that, 2 small shakes were almost $10. Wow. Guess we're paying for that extra friendly service, huh?

I try every few months ti give them a chance and something ends up wrong. This time I ordered an m&m blizzard with chocolate ice cream. They made it with vanilla and added chocolate syrup. Huge difference in taste.

We were traveling across Indiana, and didn't realize that there was an hour time difference. We pulled into the lot of the DQ at 10:30, a.m. which is when the drive-thru opens. I knowingly we walked to the door and found it locked. We proceeded back to the car and halfway to the car a very charming young lady open the door and motioned us to come in. I believe she was either the manager or the owner. A very nice lady. Initially they didn't think the grill was hot enough to cook burgers but, within seconds she said it is and took our orders. We sat down to play with our phones, and a few minutes later she delivered the hamburgers and fries and drinks to our table. It was one of the most enjoyable lunches we've had, especially since somebody went to the trouble with opening the dining area on a day where it was close to a hundred and it was comfortably air conditioned. Kudos to the lady that served us and to whomever manages the place if it's not her. She's amazing. And greatly appreciated by us.

Ordered food person in front of us food was wrong the four girls working up front laughed about it person in drive thru they messed up their order twice and was laughing took 20 minutes to fix a four piece chicken strip meal and a chili dog. Very unprofessional. My sister ordered a 4 piece chicken strips meal took 22 minutes. Very unsatisfied probably will not visit that store again. We ate there plenty of times in past no problems but this time no control in store

Purchased two cheese dogs. Received two overcooked dogs with shredded cheese. They were terrible.
So i came here with my cousin, getting ice cream for my family. We first kept saying our order and the lady kept repeating the wrong order and stuff so that was kinda annoying. Once we pulled up, we didnt recieve the drinks with a drink holder, when we had 4 whole ice creams. They were leaking, and we were given literally one napkin. We then ended up.forgetting an order because the lady kept repeating wrong orders. We asked KINDLY if we could add an order while we were at the window- she gave us attitude and said "we have too many cars in line right now." when there was one car. so..we went around and made a second order..the ONE CAR wasnt even there and it didnt even take us a minute. So once we pulled up to receive our order, they had the manager out as if this was a disaster when all we needed was an ice cream?? Ridiculous how long they took, and how rude they were. They were slow and had terrible attitudes.

The worst excuse for a chicken basket ever. The chicken was ok while it was still warm but the soggy cold piece of bread was a joke and the fries were hours old and just cold grease! You and your team really have to get together on a different ideaKid-friendliness: None of the other choices apply
