Couldn't order online for some reason, so I called in my order at 543pm. The lady says "15-20 min." I get there at 603pm. Am asked to pay, and I did. Here it is 627pm and I am still sitting in the drive thru waiting. I have seen multiple workers walk back and forth, seemingly doing nothing. when i finally got the attention of a male worker who was bluntly rude and said there was nothing he could do about it, and walked off.
