This location is hit or miss. I’ve had some good experiences here but the bad outweigh the good. I came through the other day ago and got the All American wrap. My eggs were cold. The cheese was melted and my smoothie I got was watered down and mid. I tried to call them to ask to speak to a manager and the phone just rings no one answers. I tried to call two days in a row and no answer. Super upsetting.

This location is hit or miss. I've had sandwiches and smoothies from here that are great and some days like today my smoothie is watered down and the sandwich is cold. I got the all American sandwich and the eggs were cold and the cheese wasn't melted.

We came in as a family of 5 wanting to dine in. There was no acknowledgement or anyone that said hello. They were busy with drive thru orders, but we were never given priority. There were only 2 workers who avoided eye contact. We waited 5 minutes with no service and then left. On our way out we noticed that the drive thru lane was now empty and they just us as customers too. If they had just said we were next we might have waited. We went across to Jimmy John’s and got our food in 2 minutes.

I walked in and two employees looked at me and walked to the back. Go to the one on Michigan Road.Edit: Don't go to the one on Michigan Road. They're just as bad these days. Go somewhere that has employees that actually do something.

Employee gave my wife’s drink to another customer and expected me to take it. My wife and I wanted the drink re made and the employee in the picture had a major problem with re making the dink. GERMS are everywhere! Nobody should have to take a drink that has been in someone else’s possession and it was the employees mistake!

It's such a treat for me to come here. If I could afford a Tropical smoothie every day, I would do it twice a day! It's so good. I love them all.
This place is hit or miss! Some days the sandwiches are very good along with they smoothies but I have had more than 2 occasions where it was not good at all! I would also say that Many of the employees are rather rude! We will see if this place makes it the ones in northern Illinois I patron ate much better managed and food is consistent!

I get the southwest breakfast wrap every time and really love it! I am only giving a 4 star because there was some cross contamination with the food and my daughter had an allergic reaction.

I was so excited when a Tropical Smoothie opened up nearby, but this place always closes 20 minutes early and the customer service varies. The location on Michigan is much more reliable.

New location that just opened up. I utilized their drive thru window service and had a satisfying experience from beginning to end. Employee was pleasant and i enjoyed trying out their Bahamas Mama smoothie. The menu was also informative listing the total calories of each item in case someone needed to know. They also serve food items so I'll have to return to check it out.
