We came in as a family of 5 wanting to dine in. There was no acknowledgement or anyone that said hello. They were busy with drive thru orders, but we were never given priority. There were only 2 workers who avoided eye contact. We waited 5 minutes with no service and then left. This place is hit or miss! Some days the sandwiches are very good along with they smoothies but I have had more than 2 occasions where it was not good at all! I would also say that Many of the employees are rather rude! We will see if this place makes it the ones in northern Illinois I patron ate much better managed and food is consistent!

This location is hit or miss. I've had sandwiches and smoothies from here that are great and some days like today my smoothie is watered down and the sandwich is cold. I got the all American sandwich and the eggs were cold and the cheese wasn't melted.
