The phone staff needs customer service training. If they are busy they don’t need to be rude. Try kindness no matter how hot that kitchen is! Placing an order with a b——- person is not what I want to do. Fortunately I have manners and let it go. Now I know why I don’t order often. Capri isn’t the only show in town.
