The music at this location is always incredibly too loud and makes it difficult to sit down and enjoy a meal with family/friends. Besides having to yell over the obnoxious music being played, the forgetfulness and the attitude towards customers who have already waited 10+ minutes for their order is disappointing. I know a few employees here and I know they are very hard workers, I am just disappointed to see such things go unnoticed.

Ridiculously slow for a McDonald's. You can tell no one in there wants to work. It's nothing but kids who don't care. They do not greet you, they give you old food and they all have attitudes. I remember when customer service was a thing ... DEFINITELY is not here.

Employees don't care to acknowledge customers who are present to make an order when self kiosk is closed. Got my food fairly quick. The majority of my order was for the kids, and the one order was spilt between a friend. The hamburger was still cold and pink in the center. Had to check the kids' food before they finished cause I don't want them to get sick. I should've went back and got my money for that item, but with the "kind and attentive" service I received when ordering. I probably would got another undercooked meal or a hassle getting a refund.

I should not have taken 12 minutes for a simple 6 piece chicken nuggets. When the order came the CSR called my number, set the order on the counter and walked away. Didn't check to see if everything was okay, no thank you, nothing!Dietary restrictions: McDonald's needs to make more sugar free options available: Syrup, Jelly, more than one sugar free soda choice.

What’s the point of being able to order & pay through the mobile app? I wanted something fast at about 9p. I placed my order & the app said the only option to pick up food was through the drive thru. When I get to the intercom the young lady confirmed my order & sent me to the 2nd window. I thought that meant i would be able to pick up my food at that window but that was just the line for ppl to pay that placed their order through the intercom- the old fashioned way. Why would I have to wait like if I didn’t place my order 13 minutes prior already. I was thinking it was being made. I skipped the 1st window because the teller girl said to go there—well now I accidentally SKIPPED the ppl in line that’s were waiting to pay/get food! What a fiasco. I despise going here. I was excited because of the rewards program but at the end of the day it’s a pain in the butt.
