I have been living in Whitng for about 5 years now, I had never had really an issue with them until today. The way the manager talked to the person that was dispatching me was just not okay, she was so rude to him. He was nicely talking to him about my order because they had did it wrong and they way she responded to him was not okay!

Full service, always attentive
Great staff, everyone seemed to be hustling, but with a smile. Our breakfast burritos were not warm enough, but still edible. Coffee is always delicious, according to my Dad.

McDonald's is a local restaurant that can be busy at times and quiet at others. Orders might get mixed up, as some customers have experienced incomplete or wrong orders. However, no mask is needed. On a positive note, when there are issues, staff members can be polite and understanding, often addressing concerns, such as exchanging half-filled fries for a fresh, full order. The food is generally well-prepared, with meals like the Ffg ish of fillet and fries cooked well with just the right amount of salt. Additionally, the restaurant offers kid-friendly meals that children enjoy. It also features accessible wheelchair ramps and tables for customers to comfortably eat their meals.
