Man I'll tell you what these sandwiches and soups that are in here are amazing and so unique. Bread always taste amazing but the real winner in my book is the cilantro lime vinaigrette. I put that on any sandwich I have.

Fantastic food and good service! The only thing holding this place back are the inconsistent hours. Posted hours are 11-3, but some times they close at 2pm. Today while I was there the owner stated that tonight he was having a Baked Potato Bar from 5-7. They have even tried Saturday hours now and then... even the best food wont keep customers comming when we dont know when its going to be served.
I stopped by this place on my way to a meeting as I passed through Winamac. Was it the best sub I've ever had in my life...no. Is it the best sub within a 50 mile radius...yes. The owner is pouring his soul into this place. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is baked every morning, and the salad bar had a ton of options. That's a enough for me to be a repeat costumer the next time I'm in the area.

So here's the deal. The food here is outstanding. It's the type of good that makes you go out of your way for it. The problem is that they aren't always open during their advertised hours.. This is the third time I've gone out of my way over the past few months and it's been locked up when I arrived. I won't make that mistake again. I double checked the website for hours before making this review. If you happen to be close, it's definitely worth a stop if they decide to work that day, but don't waste time rerouting unless you call beforehand. And even then take it with a grain of salt

This is an "interesting" place. The hours are definitely set up for locals to have lunch and that is the extent of their business. My friend, who lives locally calls Sublime, "a hipster" joint. I give you that I am not familiar with the local culture, but "hipster" is a stretch. I found this place be sort of like a Subway, but with a salad bar. I was a little put off that the plasticware and paper staws were available for anyone and everyone to touch. I think the health department might take issue with this. The food was ok, and moderately priced. The most redeeming quality was it was a place to sit and chat quietly with very few patrons.
