Ordered two big macs no lettuce. Got home with it there's no Mac sauce. Called to ask about it bc who wants a big Mac with no Mac sauce. Dude says oh yeah I should have told you in the drive through but I didn't. Oh well. Day manager wasn't any better. Paid $10 for two cheese burgers with a extra piece of bread.SMH. .

I started eating my food not even 3 minutes after I picked it up from the window, everything in my bag was cold and old. It literally felt like I had gotten a leftover bag of food that had been sitting out. Never mind the fact that you can't even have a functional shake machine most of the time but the least you could do is cook the food that you're known for correctly and not leave it sitting out.

There are a lot of people in the kitchen and at the counter but no one is working or in a hurry. Worst service ever at a McDonald’s. Go somewhere else. Standing there when it’s not even busy waiting on your food is crazy. I mobile ordered and then had to wait about 20 minutes for 2 items that were already cooked.
