I had the worst experience there this morning. The lady taking my order was so rude. When I asked for some napkins she literally grabbed one napkin and threw it in my car. I will not be returning.
Why have mobile order if you are going to ignore those orders? I understand being understaffed but you can’t completely ignore mobile orders while you make sure the drive thru gets helped. Ridiculous when you wait 20 minutes for one coffee that you ordered ahead for pickup. Never had this issue at Starbucks.
