Ordered from here on Uber eats twice. The first time was a delivery and the toppings were off but I let it slide. It happens and sometimes when it’s busy we make mistakes. I ordered the second time and went to pick up to see the store conditions. There were 5 workers all working, by which I mean standing around doing nothing as my last sandwich sat there on the line. I thought the toppings must’ve been under the bread as I didn’t see any. Nope. They completely messed up the entire order. If it was busy or a long night, I’d get it. But the store was completely empty. Tried to ask for a refund on Uber eats but it said it had to “process with the store” which means that it most certainly will not give me a refund.Horrible service and 30 dollars were wasted. Go to a different location as most Jersey Mikes actually taste pretty good.Edit: I gave it one more shot. This time I went in and ordered so that everything would be correct. The bread was stale and the sandwich maker gave me a ton of lettuce. And now I am up at 1:30 with diarrhea and vomit due to food poisoning. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

If you go in while the manager is working, you’ll have to wait a couple minutes while he chats up the teenage girls on the staff about non-work topics. He will ignore you and ask Becky glue her weekend was. EVERY TIME. Sandwiches are good

try to listen better so you don't miss the orders, I wasted my money on something that I couldn't eat.
In my opinion it's simple. Make the sub as it's listed on the menu, not just meat and bread.

Bad experience. Young men making sandwiches seemed a bit inexperienced but pleasant the guy who took my order on the other hand was a real j**** No pleasant greeting. Impatient & had the nerve ti tell me to "calm down" when after standing patiently waiting to regain his attention he proceeded to go on to the next customer. I had merely calmly told him I hadn't finished. He was rude & condescending & as a senior woman I felt disrespected. I should have left but since my son whom I was visiting is a regular & had asked me to pick up lunch I did not. So many choices out there. No reason to give hard earned money to businesses who don't appreciate their customers.

The roast beef was a little more done then I like,think for the price,wasn't enough of it..prices are getting to the point that I can only afford to eat one every few months,I like to eat a whole sub,so don't at me,I'm a Jersey guy and I like subs..still.the best around my
