Guy at the front was a jerk. Seemed annoyed that we were there, the only customers by the way. We will continue to go to Harmony purely because of service. Also turn some music, it will help with the atmosphere.

Nobody was at the front. Stood there for few minutes, a girl seemed irritated to see a customer she made a loud grunting noise and took my order. Didn’t look at me and verify my order n payment nothing. I paid. She made my order in a rush and as she was handing my order she almost threw the straws to the point the straws fell to the ground and just walked away to the back room. Very disappointing…I actually like enjoying their bubble teas but I guess I’ll take myself somewhere ?

I love kung fu tea and went to the Plainfield location all the time summers before I moved to Zionsville. I gave this place a try multiple times and I was disappointed multiple times. From the mobile orders not being ready a few times when I trying to get in and out due to lack of boba not being ready, so poor tasting and hard boba, and they under fill cups this place is to be avoided. I even tried to reach out to manager to see how they would respond and held back on posting to give a chance and no apology and no attempt fix situation. Good thing we have choices as Whitestown and down road 86th st we have other boba options. See you kung fu tea

There was only one guy working on Sunday when we were there. He was busy but very nice and patient with me because I didn't know what I wanted. He helped me decide and we picked a winner! The carmel macchiato with coffee popping bubbles was DELISH! Big fan!

Nice vibe inside store. Tea flavors are good…boba topping is a hit or miss…I had some orders with perfectly cooked chewy boba and some with rock hard boba that is obviously not cooked through. I hope this KFT can be more consistent with its boba.

Would be nice if they would actually take orders during their posted open hours rather than closing 10-15 min early. This is the second and last time.
