We ordered here today at 11am. For pick up at 5:45. We get there and there is a line out the door. When we finally got up to the counter at 6:15 (30minutes after the order was supposed to be done) and the lady asked for name, we gave it to her and she said “it’s not ready yet” and motioned us to move out of the way for the next person. The person working (who claimed to be a manager) was very rude, informed me I was "dismissed, goodbye", and unwilling to listen to customer concerns. Also informed me that when calling and on hold, "most people would get the hint he was busy and hang up."
You send us two burnt pizzas, then burn the replacements - and your manager has the gall to call my wife a thief for complaining?! Unbelievable.
