I went to a tasting at GMW and signed up for the wine club on a whim... I figured that I would make up my m (very reasonable) membership fee pretty quickly over the course of the year. The wines they offer are definitely eclectic, and I've really liked everything that I've tried. The deal is that they only sell cases, and you must purchase bottles in multiples of three. You purchase your case online, and within a couple of days, it's ready for pickup (which is a breeze - basically just pull around to the back of their warehouse and they load it into your car!). I have bought a couple of cases of wine over the last six months and I haven't had a bad bottle yet! The free wine tastings help with that, though... Members are invited with one guest to wine tastings where you can sample what they're selling. The wine tastings are a lot of fun and a great, non-intimidating way to learn more about wine. Their selections rotate, so if you're looking for a steady supply of Chateau St. Michelle or Yellowtail, this probably s isn't your place. But if you are looking for an interesting Torrontes or Vinho Verde, definitely check out GMW!
